I loved the service and food at La Bendicion in Danbury, Connecticut.The restaurant is part of the Mobil gas station.Try the churrasco, a soup and the pupusas. What a blessing to have La Bendición in town. I haven’t had pupusas this good since sitting in the cafes of Suchitoto El Salvador. If you know pupusas, you know it has to have the right filing all the way to the edge ... una buena mano para hechar la pupusa - and she has it! The flavor of the masa, the beans were perfect and the curtido was exactly as it was supposed to be, crisp, fresh and vinegary. Every bite was perfect. The tamale de elote were a huge hit with the family....read full review
