Waitress on Wed March 20, 2024 during the night was rude, extremely bossy. Basically a person with NO customer service manners. I left the restaurant and took my business somewhere else. I typically bring my team to the Mitad Del Mundo restaurant but, after this sad experience I chose to take my team somewhere else. I want to make it clear it was the waitress working the restaurant not the bar on Wednesdays. I hope the owner reads this review and takes appropriate action to make sure the customer is treated right.

Went in and it was dead, smelt awful in there. Couldn’t find anyone until I yelled out “Hello?” Finally someone came out from under the bar…? Tried asking some questions but it didn’t seem like she understood a thing I was saying. Asked if I could sit outside, she said yes and no one ever came out to help us,.. so went to another place.

The food took forever to come out it was just a ceviche de camaron. When it came out it was supposed to be accompanied by rice. By the time the rice came out, I was almost done with the shrimp. I had to flag the waitress down every time I needed something. By the way, don't ask for a side of avocado, $10. Talk about thieves. $10 for 1 avocado! Not kid friendly environment.

Stopped by for lunch there are many dishes to pick from. I was not very impressed with the food I got 'churrasco Ecuadoriano' the sausage tasted plain... ? on the plus side, they have a good size bar and they had one IPA to choose from ' lagunitas' the staff was friendly despite how busy they were. I think I will give them another chance and try some of their other dishes next time I am in the area.

Poor Management and customer service! I ordered fried plantains and they were pre- made frozen dried hard not fresh!!! .Also the appetizer that states sausage was hot dogs. This place is in a nice restaurant that is very deceiving the food is horrible. I called to speak to the manager and the women that answered said he was not available and hung up on me did not give me a chance to talk. Nunca mas!!!

This place did not even deserve one star they took long giving my party the food and they forced us to pay 20% tip, they also told me they burnt my food and had to restart it, it took close to 15 minutes to get my food which meant by the time I got my food almost every one has finished there food. The party was of six people we ended up spending 200$
