Ya I blew it and forgot to take pictures of the 1) Laos Style Papaya salad (I ordered extra spicy), the 2) Deep fried Ground Shrimp and Pork wrapped in rice paper and 3) Sautéed Flat Rice Noodle with shrimp, beef and basil and finally my 4) Thai Ice Coffee. But I did take pictures of the Laos traditional Crispy Rice and Pork salad and the Shrimp with lime juice, hot peppers and shallots. Flavored any way you like from mild to extra spicy. Fresh, clean, light and bold flavors. And I won’t forget to say how unbelievably reasonable the prices are. There’s only about 20 more things I have to get back there to try!!! A real hidden gem... Fantastic service also, one person running the entire front of the house!“
