I was in this longhorn location on Monday, March 11 and was unfortunately disappointed by the food. I ordered the outlaw ribeye and asked for it to be prepared black and blue. The server informed me that the chef was going to do his best to accommodate my request. I have been to this location before and have had a perfectly cooked black and blue steak. When my steak was brought out, it was medium well. I made my server aware who told me, “The chef told you he was going to try, and the establishment didn’t have the proper equipment to prepare a steak black and blue.” According to the company’s vision statement of, “At LongHorn, we stand for integrity. We don't take shortcuts. The steak you order is cut by hand in our kitchen and grilled to your exact specifications.” Do better Longhorn.

It was my first time to this restaurant.I ordered the ribeye steak with two sides.The steak was absolutely uneatable.I wound up eating the bread, the loaded potatoes, the side of broccoli and my wives Caesar salad. I took the steak home and cut it up really fine so my dog won’t choke on it.

My husband and I was here for dinner on Friday for the first time ever. I ordered the filet and lobster tail. My husband ordered the ribeye. Both meals exceeded our expectations. The manager Sean was fantastic. He came to our table to introduce himself and check on our experience. Restaurant was clean and the call ahead seating was super convenient.
I placed an order for pick up was told it would be ready by 3, I arrived and my order wasn’t ready which isn’t an issue I waited about 10 minutes for my order to be finished, when I arrived home everything in my order was cold besides the soup ( I live a few minutes from longhorn ). Disappointing.

Ordered a med. rare rib eye.Came back well and it was no rib eye.Sent back, asked for ny strip.They nailed the medm rare and it was flavorful but could not chew it.Staff is very attentive!+Vegetarian options: A fA few choices, salads, brissels sprouts, asparagus snd lots,of potato items
