I placed an order on the McDonald’s app. I picked up the order and drove home. I realized I was missing an item from the order. I called the store, and spoke to a manager, who told me that unless I picked it up myself, there was nothing they could/would do. Manager was rude & could care less whether I received what I paid for or not.

New burgers are thicker and juicy. The 3 new bundle prices are also good. Had kiosks in lobby but not sure how they worked. Looked like I had to have a card or online acct.Parking: The flow through the lot was confusing but open spaces. Ended up driving in circles.

Very bad service and bad experience when ordering, they do not take your complete order and they put things that you did not order in your order and when you tell them to add more things because they did not take your order correctly, they get angry and do not want to correct the order. TERRIBLE SERVICE MANAGERS SHOULD BE MORE AWARE
