Love the food, some options may be out of stock since they're more popular but overall they have good fries and hotdogs! Personally I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews, I have seen many rude people order from Nathan's that only complain but still end up licking their fingers. Also the cashier, his named seemed to be Gari, looks hard working and helped out with everyone's orders. ?

I will start off by saying the service was great, nothing on the lovely workers at nathans. I wanted a chicken place next store, but the line was crazy so i went with the classic nations. 2 hot dogs with nothing yea sorry. Large fry and a bottle water $20. 2 hot dogs fries and a water for $20. What's going on? My wife got fries and a philly cheese steak for $10 a couple of restaurants down. Definitely better options at this food court than nathans, and please go try them. Also, the hot dogs trash.

used to eat here all the time . ever since the move across the mall the food quality has went down hill. philly cheese steak was horrible. the burger and fries tasted way better a few years ago .What happened . even your famous hot dogs dont cut it anymore

Cashier wasn't happy to get his chat with his buddy interrupted .made sure our business weren't welcome there.i wondered why Chick-fil-A was crowded with customers on the other side of the food court. Now i know why average reviews are so low .casher Zalda was very unpleasant and should definitely get some orientation on how to treat his customers .just sad

Went to mall today for some after Christmas shoppingLooked forward to have Nathad friesAfter some shopping went to food court and ordered tenders and friesWhen I sat to eat I noticed that these were not Nathan's fries but regular crinkle friesWhen you mention Nathan's the 1st thing that comes to mind is the friesThey should be ashamed for passing these fries to loyal.customers.I deserve my money backNever again

Don't waste your time at this location! There are plenty of other food vendors in the mall that would be cheaper and better tasting. The employee behind the counter (a young male in his 20s) had a bad attitude and didn't want to be bothered with anything. This place isn't getting business as it is and seeing how his priority is his phone, doesn't help. The food itself didn't taste bad, but everything (including drinks and fries) has to be ordered separately. I've been to other Nathan's restaurants in the past and this was by far, the worse.

Have not eaten here in a long time guess ill go back to not eating here again ,fries where soggy and cold hot dog was cold really cold i had taken it to go so i tossed the meal in the trash .thank you nathons of Danbury

This place is terrible. I need to hire employees. The night staff is too young and cannot handle the flow of customers. Tried to place an order and was told that they're waiting for the orders to go down so I could not order.

Ordered the double chicken sandwich with fries and a drink the drink tasted like straight of chlorine lots of places have this issue but the chicken sandwich Meat was not cooked as soon as I bit it I knew I’m about to call the department of health, on these people I threw the food out just left did not make your complaint but definitely will give the health department a call

We waited 30 mins for a hotdog, fries, and onion rings. The workers served others before us, same items, and blatantly ignored us when we approached the counter to inquire about our order. Additionally, everyone had long hair, no hair nets, one of the women preparing the food also did not wear gloves, was chewing when serving the food, and did not wash her hands once in the hour we waited and ate. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Workers were extremely rude. Especially the guy who took my order.In response to the comment to make me delete my review. I didn't say or do anything. Probably confused me with someone else they were rude to, or just making it up.

First time at a Nathan's eatery. Was excited because I remember eating nathan's hotdogs at ball games.Wait staff was nice but food was subpar. No snap in the dog's, no bite in the peppers, milkshake was everything but (more like whip cream with oreo cookies)Then again... it was the mall... am I expecting too much?

Went here on a Sunday and the hot dog rolls had to be at least 3 days old. Fries were ok. No problem with the drink but a hot dog on a stale roll just isn't good.
