Went to OC Organic Kitchen at Sono Collection and the young girls working there were unprofessionally giggling after we purchased the small blueberry apple tart for $6 and as soon as I took a bite there I knew the tart had passed it’s expiration date and not fresh, so we put it back in the paper bag and bought it home thinking maybe to heat it up a bit to bring it back to life, only to find many large pieces of egg shells strewn all throughout the tart upon trying to eat it. Now we know why the girls were laughing, bcus they probably knew the tart was old and inedible.

Tried to grab some breakfast at 8am because it showed as open online only to show up and doors are locked and lights are off. Recommendation for the company is update your operation hours on all map systems. Like google maps.

Bland food. Overpriced menu. Dishonest service. We got the grilled cheese for the kids. The menu clearly says it comes with tomato soup (see photo) but when I asked for it, the cashier told me there are two on the menu, and I ordered the wrong one... I'm still looking for the second one on the menu and never got the tomato soup. After we paid ~$45 for a grilled cheese, a salad and a sandwich, we waited nearly 20 minutes to receive very bland, flavorless food. Skip this place and get something better.

This is the 2nd time I've shown up 10 min b4 3pm closing and the place is entirely locked up, dark & vacant.Otherwise the food is excellent!! Just wish I could eat it instead of having to eat junk food down the street

They take too long to get the orders ready. And there is only one person in charge. It is a shame because the food is good. But you need like 30 min to spare in order to get your food.

Ive been here quite awhile ago and thought it was sooo good. Wide selection and very tasty. Fast forward several months i went there today. Selection in case for bakery was slim pickens and so i just bought a large baguette. Looked very good in case. Got to my car broke and broke a piece off and found it very stale. Awful. Never should of sold that bread to any customer. Its a shame i think they arent doing very well and i will not go back.

Saturday morning, place empty for breakfast … I now know why. We decided to dine-in.Food nothing like the pictures. Don’t be fooled like I was. Chai late … I tasted water with more flavor. Sandwich came in a box (not platted). Cheese cold, not melted etc etc. smoothie no taste, plenty of options (usual suspects) for breakfast around. More boring ones but better quality for sure. Service there really mediocre.

Was so excited to finally try this place, having a severe gluten intolerance and seeing the gluten free options online. Took my elderly mother and son just about 2:40 one afternoon. We were made to feel uncomfortable the moment we entered. Blank stare from the girl behind the counter, no greeting. Hours said open until 5, but got the intense feeling we were imposing on them, so I asked if they were closing and was told they close at 3. We rushed to make a decision and ordered. Upon paying we were told they did not allow for credit card tips, so I ran to the atm at the nearby bank and left a generous tip. Still had time to spare while another girl prepared our order, never even turning around to look at us. Food was fine, nothing wrong with it, but nothing special. We ate in the car so they could close on time. Would have loved to peruse the options a bit more in the pastry case, possibly ask a question or two, but the service made it very clear that would not have been welcome. Thought maybe at first the girl behind the counter was just a little socially awkward, but she seemed to have a very normal interaction with a gentleman that stopped in as we were waiting. Unfortunately, after such an uncomfortable experience I doubt I'll give it another try

I got really excited for an organic alternative to the rest of the fast food in the area. I was hoping there'd be some source info to back up the claim, maybe ingredients used. Nothing like that. So I asked one of the women working. She was very sweet. Asked her a few times if they had real sourdough to make grilled cheese. She confirmed she could do that. Then asked for cup of milk for my son. Ended up getting a cup of steamed milk along with my coffee and a regular sandwich with their ciabatta. Creamy tomato soup was outstanding. Don't think I liked it all enough to go back though.

Sorry but I’m actually still sitting here after almost 30 minutes. I only ordered a soup and a sandwich and there were only 3 customers when I came in. Giving it 2 stars because the server is friendly. I wasted my lunch break waiting. Won’t even have time to eat.

I ordered online. I got the tomato soup with a grilled cheese on GF bread and a GF cranberry nut loaf. When I went to pick it up they told me they didn't have the loaf I ordered. And said they just had plain I didn't want that so they offered me a pastry instead which I'm sure less money. Needless to say I was annoyed. The GF bread was terrible the worst I had. The pastry was dry it was a bread pudding. The tomato soup was bland. Terrible customer service. I will never go back.Dietary restrictions: There is gluten free options and Vegan

We had good previews online so came for lunch. I ordered the manchego and honey grilled cheese- out of it. Ok I'll get the Cobb salad and my daughter orders a bacon egg and cheese with a macchiato with almond milk. Then the girl comes to our table, after we've paid to tell us they are out of bacon, ok ham.then the macchiato comes out but it's only milk, no coffee. What? She corrected it by adding espresso. She comes back after a few minutes to say they are out of ham and does she want a chicken, egg and cheese. Who ever heard of that mix? No. Ok we also have Turkey she says. No let's cancel and get a refund please. Oh the manager has to do that and she's not in.Obviously will not return.

I bought a box of desserts for a brunch the I was attending on Friday. The donuts were so unique and different then any of the other donuts I've ever seen and had. This is the best organic bakery that I have ever been to. I will certainly be coming back!
