This is nothing against this location specifically, all their locations are standardly awful. Can't remember the last time coffee wasn't emptey... or full but not hot, or the milk or sugar are out ... just sayin it's pretty bad service all the way around. And then for the food... lololol... not even close to worth the price, everything is 30% overpriced period.

This was a favorite of ours until the Pandemic. Not sure what happened to the place afterwards. Years ago they had a cashier named Buddy, he was outstanding and is missed. Wonder whatever happened to him. The workers stopped caring and I believe the place is no longer open. Too bad.

Ordered 200 worth of food they did not give me everything they missed three people’s orders! Called was on hold for ten minutes then went back and was basically accused of acting like I did not get my order by the manager terrible customer service mind you the sticker they put on the slip when they attach it to the bag had no sticker on it so clearly he should have known it would of had a sticker if it was attached to the bag! I need the OWNER to contact me! Very unprofessional service from the manager! The nice lady there apologized she is amazing but the manager is awful! The fact that they don’t have there signature broccoli soup is terrible also

The tables were really dirty so many that even though it wasn't all that busy, it was difficult to find somewhere to sit in an already smaller restaurant, and I never saw anyone there come out to clean. Also, the employees seemed really rushed so I think they may be short staffed unfortuantly causing those issues. Otherwise great food as always!

I had the Mac and cheese which was very good. The service was fast. The tables were a little dusty. The soup and bread were good. Overall a good restaurant to visit for a fast and good meal.

Terrible service. Ordered takeout online and gave them an hour to get it ready. I got the message saying it was ready. It wasn't ready and I had to wait 10 minutes to ask the one person at the front where my order was. Service here has declined significantly over the last year.

Had a gift card so I ordered the Vegetarian Autumn Soup, Fuji Apple Salad with chicken and Cappuccino. I've been to Panera before and have enjoyed what was ordered. This time, not at all.The soup has honey, apple juice and sweet cream and I found the soup to be way to sweet. It was nice and creamy, but the sweetness ruined it for me.The Fuji salad with chicken and sweet white balsamic vinaigrette was also a bomb! Lots of mesclun that was rotting, the lettuce looked funny, like it had been frozen. The taste - AWFUL. The salad dressing was overly sweet. The chicken was a wierd consistency, without taste. The pecans, red onion, gorgonzola, Fuji apple chips were good, but I couldn't eat the salad because of the lettuce, chicken and the sweet dressing. The Cappuccino was very bitter even with 1 packet of sugar.Panera Bread has a good reputation, but I can't leave a good review based on this experience.FUP - about 4 hours after started feeling like I was going to get sick. Just progressed, still feeling bad about 12 hours later. Won't be eating there again.

This location is OK, but not the highest quality. The service at the register was Luke warm, but got the job done. The bagel was ok. They were out of the everything bagels but that was ok. The Asiago bagel was ok. The coffee was good though.

Not a pleasant experience at all. Certainly not comparable to the other Panera's I've been to. Had to deal with a snotty girl Cory, Corrine, Coraline some name like that. Corporate take note..her attitude was like you just wanted to smack her. I inquired about lunch for my office and it's like I was bothering her and she didn't, couldn't or didn't want to fully answer my questions..?? Doesn't seem like good business practice. Ordering lunch was a lengthy wait in a dirty dining room for what seemed like a smaller portion than what I usually get. I have absolutely no plans to return to this Panera Bread.

The girl who took my order was obviously on something, blown, pupils, sweating profusely, talking a mile a minute, she said she was a manager. .uh ok..um so to the food part. We actually stood and watched our food being made as best we could over the countertop. A short little Spanish(?) Lady was making our food she was hacking everywhere. Are f*ck*ing kidding me?!!?! Stay home, I don't want you touching my food!!!! So now I'm sick. The Health Department needs to get to this place!!!!! If you allow a sick employee to work I can only imagine what else goes on. What managers allow an employee to work being sick!??!! I'm pissed so now I have to miss work.Lastly the ambience, clean the place. Plain and simple. The tables were disgusting. There was juice spilled all over the floor and a rude little girl with blonde hair was throwing rags over it while gabbing w another employee they were shooting down, talking trash about. We won't ever be returning here. Unbelievable. A complete Waste of my money and time!!!
