Food was good. Place was abandoned at 12:00 on a Thursday which was kind of weird where we had to ask the server if they were open. We only saw one woman the whole time, who was okay. They were out of various options on the menu, (like sandwiches), which is part of my reason for not giving them 5 stars. (Maybe it was just an off day though). The passion fruit mojito our server made at the bar though was AWESOME. I would go back just for the mojito. The lemon chicken had a great sauce on it. Overall, a pretty good spot!

The place looks like it's really more of a dance club/night club than a restaurant, but the cocktails and appetizers were surprisingly good. Our waitress was attentive although the food took a little while to come out. The tostones that came with the picalonga (fried pork and sausages) were a bit lackluster, but the fried pork was super delicious (the sausages were eh for me). The quipes were surprisingly good as were the chicken empanadas and we loved our cocktails (mojito and strawberry margarita).

I couldn’t believe the food was this bad. This restaurant used to be one of the most delicious places in Danbury but now they keep the menu the same but the food is very different. The prices on the menu online are not accurate and the taste for the price that it is in store is outrageous for the quality. The sandwich I got was burned and filled with vinegar the Mofongo I purchased tasted like absolutely nothing. The shrimps could have been bought from Stop & Shop with no flavor the skirt steak was $30 and it was the smallest strip ever been full of veins, and an edible literally could not chew it I went to get my money back and they only gave me 30% which was $20 because I spent $70 with tip.

Overpriced, mid quality food. Severs mixed up plates when they came out and got mad at the person that ate the plate they served him. Yuca fried burnt and oil tastes dirty. I recommend billy beans or two step nearby. Good quality food at a reasonable price. What I got here for $30 I get at both placed for $10.

Average. My experience with a Party of 3 on a Sunday afternoon:We ordered empanadas and they were on point. We also ordered fried cheese and it was oily. We ordered 3 medium steaks and they were all well done The MOFONGO with skirt steak was good. The steak was over cooked and the MOFONGO was dry. The lemonade was freshly squeezed but overpriced. The Mojito was good but overpriced. The service was ok and the tip was added to a party of 3( Don’t know why)The music was too loud on a Sunday afternoon. In my opinion, not a relaxing atmosphere and overpriced!

We looking for a new place to eat. At first when we went in, it reminded us a nightclub. The food took way too long and we were not impressed with the food. The mofongo was way too dry. The service was slow. In addition they had added the tip in advanced..We will not be returning.

Good food, good drinks, night time music is very good but they don’t have air conditioning? Too hot to enjoy. Go in the winter.
