We have ordered from here many times but never again!!There is always an issue with our order whether I use their app or call it in. This last time I placed an order online they never received it didn't care when I showed up did not take a Any responsibility said they make the pizza real quick. It took 25 minutes and it wasn't even the right size but when I got home I realized and was not going back. They've obviously gone way down since my last review eight years ago.

I just ordered seven large pizzas to be delivered to Floor & Decor in Danbury for a meeting with 35 people! They were so easy to order with on the phone, even when I had to call back a couple of times with changes, and the order was here a few minutes early! Highly recommend!

Food has gone down hill almost broke a tooth trying eat garlic knots that’s how hard they were. And there hot subs were just plain old nasty. I’m very disappointed that I spent 64 bucks on food that went in the trash.

Ordered two pizzas for a 4pm pick up and when I arrived at that exact time it was not even started. I waited 23 minutes.They didn’t try to rectify their error. An explanation and an apology would have been the correct thing to do. Instead I was handed my pizza and told to have a good night. Pizza was fantastic though

Trucker Trizzy here, I've been coming to this Planet Pizza now for the past few weeks along my travels and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. Being a huge TCAP fan (of you know, you know) I've always had an affinity for planet pizza, however putting that aside planet pizza stands on it's own. The pizza is fresh and delicious with a wide variety available. The staff is warm and friendly and accommodating. I can tell this is a small family owned joint. Either way I love this place!

Pizza advertised as one price online..Another when you pay.....??????Who wants to pay 27$ for a cheese pizza with 1/2 toppings...very Expensive
Great pizza, easy access location in a busy strip mall. We went shopping at Walmart and stopped by here for a late lunch. Ordered 2 large pies and a 2 liter bottle of brisk iced tea. Paid $55 for everything including tip. We ate in. Pizza was good, I like my crust a little more doughy,but kids were happy. Slices were a little small, my group of two adults and 4 kids polished off all but two slices.Not bad for pizza outside of NYC.

That 10” gluten free pizza was $25. It says $13.99 online but then they charged $11 for the toppings. I’ll never go back. Total rip off!7/15- Thanks for your cut and paste reply that doesn’t address my complaint one bit. Why would I ever come back and “give you another chance” when you did nothing to address the issue?

Cheese steak hoagie should have pepper and onions on it. This one had roast beef instead of shaved steak. The garlic knots were disgusting! The guy who answered the phone doesn’t have much of a personality. The guy who delivered my stuff took off with my 60 and the cost was only 42 and did t even ask if I wanted change! Unreal!

This is a simple pizza spot for a quick slice. I would only come here for that only. I always thought reheated pizza is better because of the crunch. They have enough options for sale by the slice. Pretty good. I got the bacon one and the chicken bacon ranch one.
