Placed an order for pick up. A large sausage and mushroom pie, and a large tossed salad. I asked specifically that the pizza be cooked "LIGHTLY" . It was burned! Why would you serve that when it was specified "LIGHTLY". The tossed salad aside from the transparent cucumber slices which were limp and disgusting was so-so. Used to have pride in the food they serve. Apparently NOT the case any longer. We won't go back. Used to love them!

The pizza from Sal's is so delicious! Pedro made our pizza today and the dough was crunchy but full of life. The mozzarella was just perfect and you can't go wrong with the family meal! Best price and best customer service! Thank you!

Frozen meatballs, this place has lost the ability to make good meals and have decent service. Don't complain cuz they do not care. Sal worked his place until he couldn't and you can see it sink since he passed.

We ordered a pizza for the first time at this restaurant. The pizza was very good, but the attitude of the person, not sure if he was the owner or not was left to be desired. We will not order there again simply because we did not feel welcomed at all!!

Pizza was okay. Picked it up 20 minutes after placing the order and drove home for 10 minutes and the pizza was cold. Had to reheat. Perfect thin crust however the sauce was not as good and not enough cheese. I remember having pizza here years ago and it was great. But this time, not so much. Will not order again.

Gluten free crust is the best I've ever had. Five star pizza all the way around.

I usually get a grinder from Sal's Pizza in Danbury. They have the best grinders i have ever had. This isn' t a small grinder in some soft grinder roll like other places have. It's the real deal! The Italian co mbo is our favorite. They make a sausage grinder too, with really great Sauce. The soups taste like mom's. Had them whe sick with a cold. knots or the garlic bread with cheese to go with soups. Desserts....oohhhh. Ssooo good! Enjoy!
