Unkind and unhelpful. Went in with a friend on her birthday and the app was glitching and wasn't showing her birthday reward... even though the app showed her birthday in settings and she had her ID with her birthday on it to show them. They were rude and inattentive. Why have birthday rewards if the staff is rude and unwilling to accommodate. It's not hard to be nice and they said they could have entered it manually for her but weren't willing to. They could have at least said happy birthday to her!

Honestly, I have been coming here for years even had a couple friends who worked here (they always made my drinks perfectly), the atmosphere is nice, the employees are very sweet but my drink is wrong everytime, and I've burned my tongue on my coffees a few times due to it being so hot, even though I had made my order well in advance and I wouldn't have expected it to be that hot, I will say they do always remake my drink when I tell them it's wrong, But it seems like nobody here knows how to mix a drink or make one correctly, Because literally every single time I order here at this Starbucks my order is always wrong, It's always messed up in some way or other, it's usually due to lack of flavor/sugar/Carmel syrup & drizzle, and on more than one occasion They have put milk in my coffee when I have explicitly expressed that I want almond milk, as I am allergic to milk and it causes me Stomach pain as well as gives me hives, so that is a big problem that I have as well, I think everyone there needs a lesson on mixing to learn how to properly make a drink and to double check when making things especially when they specify it to have almond milk or any other kind of dairy substitute, Also, I know that they are to make you a new drink if there's something wrong with your drink but they shouldn't. Just take the cup that they just made me, especially when I expressed that I will still drink it, they've done that to me twice now. They've taken my drink to look at the order and then just dumped it, and it's like That's fine if I said go ahead and dump it but since I didn't and I even expressed I will drink it and they still dumped it, that's not really okay because I'm literally expressing that I will still drink it, needless to say, I don't think I will be back to the Starbucks again. I will be going to the one of the mall, the one by my house or the one that's on exit 6 on 84, because honestly every time I come here it's just a waste of my time.

I've been to Starbucks all over the world, and I've always had a great experience.The coffee is always fresh and delicious. I love the variety of drinks they offer, from simple coffees to more elaborate Frappuccinos. And I can always count on the baristas to make my drink exactly the way I like it.The pastries are also amazing. I love their muffins, scones, and croissants. This is my preferred Starbucks in the area. The staff is always friendly and take care of the customers. It's clean and comfortable and a good space for studying or doing work. I will come here and bring my art supplies and draw and it's always a welcoming and pleasant space to be.

The service at this Starbucks was really bad. I ordered a tall hot latte and a tall macchiato, and Cashier charged me with two grande size of those. (I found out this after leaving Starbucks.) Also, the barista didn't give us cup sleeves for our coffee. Regardless of the taste of the coffee, their service was unpleasant.
