It's hard to give a good customer service rating when people who came in after me got their items before I did, and the barista got an attitude when I asked about my order. Go to the one at Exit 6 instead.

Asked for a latte in a mug, or anything else not single-use. You know, like all their product photos on the wall? Barista had to go ask her manager, who said they would not allow it. So drove to the one on route six.

Was there recently, waiting in line with no one in line or sitting inside, workers were rude and busy with online and drive-thru orders. Waited maybe 2 minutes and finally walked out. Nasty vibe from this location. At the end of the day, there are no spare customers. Service matters.
