We ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza. It smelled like the Mexican pizza shell was made in rancid oil. Literally could not eat it. This isn’t the first time it has happened. I took one bite and felt gross!

It's the teen kids' favorite, and since everything can be made with black beans It's the most convenient since none of them eat meat...for fast food, not that bad.Vegetarian options: Choose black beans instead of meat

I ordered 2 syeak soft tacos and 1 crunchy beef taco. got home just 2 soft tacos but was charged for all 3. also soft tacos literally had only 4 or 5 pieces of steak. tried to callv4 times no answer.

this is actually the worst TB I have ever been to in my whole 26 years of being alive, the staff is incompetent, the manager said he didn't wanna do a refund as if it was inconvenient??? all my food was soggy amd gross, no syrups in the soda machine, and instead of offering other selections for drinks instead of freezies they just gave me the cups and didn't say anything. as a team this whole building needs some serious intervention from corporate.

The Manager of this store should be fired/replaced. They keep the To go and app orders on a stand behind the counter with no one working the counter so even though my order was done quickly I had to wait a good 15 minutes for someone to help me. Someone from the line came over to help and the manager who saw about 10 customers and me waiting there yelled at him to get back on the line even though he had walked past us multiple times and saw all of us standing here and didn’t even acknowledge us.
I mean, it’s a Taco Bell. Not much else to expect. But our food came fast and was pretty good, there was only a little bit of a wait and this is the one Taco Bell I go to often, as the staff are nice and fast and the food is better than normal fast food.Vegetarian options: They have labeled the vegetarian options, but there were only 2, and you had to specify that you wanted them vegan or vegetarian so they could take of the meat.Dietary restrictions: Yeah, this might not be the place for dietary restrictions. I didn’t see anything gluten free.Parking: It’s a small lot, but it’s always empty.Kid-friendliness: It’s a fast food restaurant- about normal in terms of kid-friendliness. You can bring your kid, and the only real concern would be what food they eat.Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped spots and no stairs, and it’s pretty accessible.
I ordered 7 items and they only gave me 3 sauces even though I asked for more. The Lipton drink was gross - possibly was tampered with.

Although the food was decent, I always ask for extra cheese on my burrito and never get it! This time asked for it on the side to make sure it was there, paid extra for it and never got it. I was on lynch hour so I couldn't go back and this one never ever picks up the phone.

3 words: attention to detail! My husband and I ordered tacos and they came out relatively fast but were missing the meat because the person making them rushed so after a few bites I opened up my meatless taco and upon checking my order realized not one of my tacos had any. We brought them back to the counter and they made us new ones pretty quickly but I have to wonder who in the world eats a meatless taco at Taco Bell?!
Parking: The connector to the other lot has a horrible pot hole.
