For my daughter’s birthday, she requested the Cheesecake Factory. My wife is a rewards member, so we were able to make a reservation. The table was ready when we got there. Plenty of parking outside. It is connected to the mall but not in the mall. Very clean inside and a very friendly staff. One of the first things you see is a giant refrigerator of cheesecakes on the right. It automatically puts you in a good mood. Kaitlyn was our waitress and did a great job. She consistently checked on us and even sang happy birthday to my daughter when she brought out her piece of cheesecake.The food is amazing. There are so many choices of appetizers, small bites, entrées, desserts, and duh cheesecake. The nachos were some of the best that I have had. Loaded with everything you can think of and layered properly. Every chip had something on it. I also enjoyed the crab bites. Pretty much crabcakes fried into a ball. The pretzel bites were also very good. The fondue cheese really put it over the top. The leftover cheese was used as a vehicle for the french fries. I have the mac & cheese, burger. Delicious and filling. I almost couldn’t finish, almost. I sampled a small piece of the peanut butter fudge cheesecake. Very creamy and delicious. Overall very satisfied. My only issue was the price. I know the food is delicious, but to me it is a little expensive. I will definitely return, probably during their weekday specials.

The Cheesecake Factory is always a great place to eat. The food was always outstanding every time I have been. Most recently I took my friend to eat there and he thought it was great too. The servers were very nice and brought us free bread the entire time too. Overall this is one of the best places I've eaten at.

My complaint isn’t about the food or service or decor it is about the outrageous price, specifically price increases. Today an app (avocado eggs roll $16.95) and coke $4.95 total bill w tax nearly $24. With tip $28 dollarsI am sorry for a single app and coke $28? This is insane. I remember when they had coke for $2.95 and that was crazy and the same app was $11 and change is now nearly $17?I doubt I will return.

Good place for indulging in caloric extravagance. Nice selection of salads, entrees, and deserts.5-stars for deserts.Depending on your main course, you might find yourself with more sauce than actual protein.I prefer a traditional steakhouse but this restaurant offers more options for the vegetarians in our life.You can also call in and order their various cheesecakes for celebrations at home.

Food was so yummy, and I'm so thankful everything is listed with calories. The fact that there is a specific menu that highlights lighter meals was the cherry on the top given the sheer size of the general menu. The staff were patient, friendly, helpful, and attentive during our visit as well. The atmosphere I scored lower as we were kinda squashed in a corner right on top of another couple meaning super limited privacy. Much too close for comfort.Dietary restrictions: The menu is huge so you'll always find something. They also offer a menu with lighter caloric value.

Worst food experience! Order various items, like, fried shrimp, crab Rangoon, crispy peppers shrimp pasta, fish and chips etc. Yet none was good and lacked flavor. Cole slaw as side absolutely rubbish! Fried shrimp was over fried, to the point of dark burnt black. I always liked Cheese Cake Factory. However, with this standard, I don't think I want to return to this place.

I feel like i got ripped off. Ordered a slice of cheesecake, looked at them in the case. They put it in the bag and when i got home and looked, it was half the size! Seems like they take the piece out of the case and cut it in half? This is deceiving to me, not to mention they forgot to give us something else we ordered, luckily we realized before we got to the car and went back in and got it, but $12 for a tiny piece of cheesecake is a joke. First and last time trying this place

Always delicious and solid service. We tried the orange chicken and sesame ginger chicken and both were great. The bread that came with our drinks was still warm and melted the butter. BUT ... $4.95 for a literal 12oz can of soda is outrageous.
