This is the 2nd time we received a burger that was raw. Pink inside and unable to eat. Not only did a person not get to eat upon calling they had a fax machine on and we could not get through. Raw meat can make someone sick. Cooking 101… COOK THE FOOD!!!!! Will not go back!

With a magnificently large menu, drive-thru service, and greasy American classics, it’s hard to go wrong with Duchess when you need quick bite off I-95.I can’t say I’ve had massively varying experiences at different locations, which I believe is a stated goal of chain restaurants.Vegetarian options: Beyond burger is good.

Chicken nuggets were rubbery and dubious in taste. The burger was grey and soggy. Fries stale. Unsweetened ice tea tasted like chemicals. At 19.95$ I threw 3/4 of the meal out because I did not want to get food poisoning. Perhaps its this paticular location. Food is incredibly different than pictured and tastes dangerous.

The food is edible. It's a good place to stop by if you want something relatively cheap to eat. None of the staff want to be there so they could be a bit dismissive (one time, a female employee was on the phone with her friend while ringing me out at the register). No harsh complaints but not many praises either.

Think of this place as more of a diner that makes food fast, rather than a fast food joint. Food is made to order.They have Coke my-way machines. Comparatively inexpensive menu with plenty of options. Great place for picky eaters. There are "Impossible" options and great salads available for vegetarian meals as well. Meat eaters have their pick of bacon, burger, chicken, pastrami, turkey, veal options. Hot and cold sandwiches and wraps. Chicken nuggets, fish and chips, (chicken or veal) parmesan, and tuna. Be sure to check for specials on the side board by the register. The last time I went, they had chopped steak, marinated chicken breast, and about 4 other specials listed. Appetizers like cheese sticks, onion rings, mac n cheese bites, and fries are available.Davids brownies/cookies/pies, milk shakes, fried oreos, and more can be found on the dessert menu.My pick is the pastrami and swiss sandwich. If you like bacon but need to skip the fat or the pork, this sandwich is for you.Great for kids. Bring the team. Catering from here would be great with the variety they have.Vegetarian options: Salads, impossible burgers, and moreDietary restrictions: Made to order. It doesn't always look perfect, but it's always shocking how good it is. It does come out pretty amazing sometimes and then it's outright astounding.I'm giving an inflated atmosphere rating because it's literally never changed so at this point it's the most accurate 80s/90s retro styling imaginable.
