The guy making the pizza was nice. But the poor lady working the register could not speak a word of English and was way too nervous. The guy had to tell her what slices I got. I wanted a fountain drink and I kept pointing to the dispenser next to the register and she kept trying to get bottles of Gatorade out of the cooler. When the guy came over and asked me, I asked for a cola and a large. She gave me a medium even though I had my finger one inch from the stack of large cups. On top of that, the pizza was meh. What I thought was 4 cheese was just caked on cheese. My other slice was a bland meat lovers. Just not great.

Do not use the claw machine. We had three perfect grabs and it never took it to the drop because the claw is designed to drop early.

Pizza was fine, worked for a quick stop during a drive. The real problem ended up being the employees. I was overcharged - charged for 3 slices of pizza when I should have been charged for 1. Paid using Apple Pay before seeing the final total. Pointed out the overcharge, employee adjusted the price, and handed me a receipt saying it would be refunded to my card. Receipt says I was given cash back, employee insisted it would go back to my card (without rescanning the card). Charge on my card has not been adjusted to the correct price. So are the employees pocketing the overcharged money?

Package lady spilled half of the sauce in the bag. It melted through the bag and it got everywhere. How can I live anymore?!?!? My life… it’s… done for!?
Sbarro is OK. Average food and fair pricing. I do stop here sometimes when on the road. I usually stay with their pizza only. Never liked the Pasta too much. Nice employees and a place that never let you down.

I was travelling in thought that I would try and get a quick by to needless to say I did not expect my food to bite me back I almost broke a tooth eating spaghetti and meatballs There was some kind of plastic of some kind in the food

It is a sbarro at a rest stop. I feel like I don’t need to say too much about it. A few outside tables and clean. It is totally fine.

It's a perfect, convenient, easy in easy out, place to grab a bite to eat or use the restroom. They have free WIFI too

It's a Sbarro's pizzeria inside the southbound side of a reststop parking lot. There are other fast-food restaurants there... McDee's, Taco Bell, a deli, Dunkin Donuts. Plenty of tables inside and large restrooms. Drive-thru is for McDonald's only. Massage chairs inside, at a cost. Trucks stop there also. Has a gas station with lots of gas pumps. Free air for your car tires!
