What a unique night out! We got the 4 course dinner which was amazing! The food is delicious and the whole experience was really fun! It was nice to really relax and enjoy the food, and not feel rushed. (We couldn't rush because we had to wait for the food to cook in the fondue pot). The whole thing was a fantastic experience!

We love the Melting Pot! It's a little on the pricey side, but we enjoy going for special occasions a few times a year. Would deffinatley recommend and have recommended to many friends and family.

Not sure why you would have tables directly in the sunlight and no blinds! I asked to be moved and not sit at the first table that was completely in the sun. We were moved to another table where two of the seats were in the sun. My family asked me not to say something again, but completely horrible. For $100 per person, they could not even enjoy their food. The server was very "short" and did not communicate well at all. Several times had to ask the same question. My daughter's favorite place to eat, but I must say, it was NOT worth the price!

Everything about the evening was amazing. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and they threw in a few little added treats for being there Valentine's Weekend. If you never have, I highly recommend giving The Melting Pot a try!

Great spot for a special occasion. Have been going for many years and this time service seemed rushed and dippers for cheese and chocolate were skimpy and we had to search for our waiter to get more. Nonetheless we love MP and are sad to see this location close.

Our server Mario was absolutely amazing. The food was good. Took forever to cook everything so it was definitely a long date but we'll worth the money for the experience alone. Dessert was the best course. Really noisy as each table is super close together but very intimate seating as each booth is sectioned off. If the people next to us would've stopped coughing all night it would've been a way better ambiance.

Burners on the table did not work properly. Took extremely long to cook. Server never refilled drinks. She would go almost 30 min before checking on us. Restaurant dirty. See pic of vents.

I love the melting pot for a celebratory meal (was a birthday). There's something about sharing a fondue pot and the restaurant itself has a great atmosphere. We went on a Sunday night and asked for a quieter area away from others...and got our own room. Was just perfect!

Our server was incredibly kind tonight! The experience and all the flavors were exceptional. This place is definitely worth a try for sharing dinner with your favorite people. Dessert is definitely the highlight!

The fondue experience was great. The cheese and especially the chocolate tasted phenomenal. We did the big night out option so we could try everything along with the grill cooking style. Again meats were flavored well and overall everything was good. We went for my birthday and received balloons and roses on the table upon arrival which was sweet.Parking: Parking is shared with other businesses and can be difficult to find a close spot depending on when you visit.

This is what it is. An overpriced, but fun, unique experience. It's a great dining experience as it isn't your standard meal. If you aren't afraid of handling a skewer of raw meat and waiting 4 minutes to cook meat on 2 skewers....then this is a fun place. It seems to be the go to place for anniversaries, birthday's, etc. We went on a Saturday night -no special occasion but we're surrounded by people celebrating some big milestone. No biggie- just something to note. We got the 4 meal special- cheese, salad, main meal and dessert. It was so much food it was laughable. Waiting every 4 minutes to eat 2 pieces of meat definitely helps. Other than that, this isn't a place you'd want to visit with high frequency, but it's fun and the kids love it. It does make you have conversation as there's a ton of time in between available cooked food to eat. If you're starved or someone who wants to shovel the food in your mouth- this isn't the place for you.

For all those that say it's too expensive, it's not Panera. Yes it's expensive and prices are listed on the menu... so your own fault if you spend "too much" money. Anywho- our server last night was great! It was quiet, romantic, requested with our reservation that rose pedals be put onto the table- such a nice way to start a date night! We definitely will be back again was a nice 30 min drive from home, love this place!

Took daughter here for her birthday. Food was pretty sad. Would not recommend doing anything more than the cheese and chocolate. Skip the main course it a total waste. Has not been here in several years. Now I remember why. Will not be back.

Carlos is a KING ?. Food was absolutely delicious and for a first timer it was easy. Carlos, the king, walked us through the whole process and even gave me a candle in a pound cake for my birthday (thanks Carlos!). The seating is unique and quirky and fun. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and will go again. Slay ?

Carols is the best waiter ever !!! This was a birthday luncheon the staff here have been amazing. We did the grill pan this time and it was a huge hit! The add your name to the welcome screen. The sides were great and I have to say if you have the chance get the grill pan it’s like having Korean bbq.
