They charge $1 for a splash of alternative milk. I guess your employees wont get a tip from many people bc of the inflated prices. Pretty good baked goods, food is different at all locations. Just wish they were a little more conscious and vegan oriented

When they do it right a lot of their baked goods can be pretty good but sadly they are often over baked and dry. They have struggled to keep consistent staff and several of the new staff don't seem to listen to your order. Sandy is amazing, friendly and courteous. I will often let other people go ahead just to ensure she is the one helping me.

We went to the one in east Norwalk. Delicious French toast with fruit. Coffee was served hot. One of the bakeries in the area.

After buying some breakfast items here several years ago I didn't feel compelled to return. Having recently been given a gift certificate, I bought a danish, scone and loaf of sourdough bread. The best I can say is that this bakery is uninspired. The scone was inedible - flat, dry and flavorless - not worth the calories. The raspberry danish had no more than 1/2 teaspoon of raspberry jam, was dry and tasted like it was well over a day old. The sourdough bread is okay. With below average edibles, I thought SoNo's service must be the reason their customers return. Well, not for me. The bespectacled woman who 'helped' me at the Darien store was surly and had no idea how to process a gift certificate. She actually snarled at me because she couldn't understand why my gift certificate wouldn't work on the credit card screen she kept giving me to complete. I'll finish out my gift certificate but won't ever return.

Croissant was medium but I found the people working here were fake French not real. I’ve been to France and this is not French coffee or French roast, more like a French fry. Worth a stop if you have no choice but don’t come if you want a Paris cafe

Despite not being in south Norwalk (SoNo...), this spot have some great breads and pastries! Solid option for getting a loaf of bread for the week, and there seems to be a good variety of tarts and pies if you are in a last minute pinch to bring something to a party.Croissants are OK, the one thing I have not enjoyed from here is the ham and cheese croissant - way too dense and must had had some bechamel or something in it, let the ham and cheese speak for itself!

The best!

By far the best bread I’ve had outside of Aurther Ave. I’m there every Saturday morning at 7:30a to pick up baguettes and sourdough. I’m split between the sunflower flax seed and the olive as my favorite, the cranberry pecan is up there as well. Don’t miss the fruit tarts and deluxe cream puffs! Great eclairs too. A+ service, friendly staff, extremely clean inviting storefront. Master bakers doing extremely incredible work. Don’t miss out on this hidden gem!

Used to like coming here but was disappointed today. I don’t eat meat and asked for sandwich with no bacon and my sandwich had bacon. I also paid extra for almond milk for two lattes and was given regular milk.

The ambiance is cute and we love supporting local businesses. Unfortunately, the baked goods were underwhelming. Our fresh croissant was hard and dry, presumably overbaked - a little disappointing given the ratings.

Super little shop with just scrumptious offerings. We wanted to take one of everything. Quality is excellent, so expect better pricing as well, but the the products should meet or exceed your expectations. The word that best describes this little bakery is ENJOY!
