Every bun was stale. The coffee was somewhat bitter, even with a lot of added sugar. I asked for a "baker's dozen" but the lady only gave me twelve. Despite these drops, the place was PACKED!

This bakery is super cute, very neat and clean with very lovely employees, some even speak Spanish! They have a good selection of both bagels and pastries, they're made fresh and taste great. I was welcomed with a smiled, greeted and send off with a smile as well, will recommend to grab breakfast to eat in or to go!

They have an English muffin bagel that is great however they charge you $1.75 for butter.

If there was an option for zero stars.... then that's what I would choose. Fruit flies feasting on baked good in the glass case (beware of food poisoning), egg from a carton for your sandwich needs....... and an extra $5 for a untoasted, (asked for toasted) store bought gluten free bagels. Nothing was made by scratch. Latte tasted like burnt American drip! Basically I could've gotten better food at a Holiday inn express! $30 bucks of hard earned , money crapped out my butt!

Absolutely terrible breakfast sandwich. Asked for gluten free bagel toasted, with egg and sausage. It was not toasted and the rubbery egg was from a carton.

I went back to UCBC in East Norwalk .Jesus was so kind, and all my co- workers are going there now!!!More places would love to have someone like him!!!

Went to get a bagel with cream cheese was very disappointed to see the lady make my bagel with the same gloves she was taking money and ringing out with . Couldn't enjoy it went straight to trash . First and last time for everything. The one star is because I had no choice.

This was my first time in this bagel spot in Darien .. I order 3 bagels with details what I wanted on my bagels… well I received my order once I got to work everything that I order wasn’t right the bagels was dry and hard they didn’t have everything I ask to be on my bagel not happy at all I felt the service was rushed
