I literally got food poisoning from this DD. I ordered a blueberry muffin and when I ate it I saw green stuff on it and thought nothing of it. Few hours later. I was throwing up! Do NOT GO HERE! Not to mention, service sucked! I should file a lawsuit!

This was a great place to come to when the HR didn’t start to neglect their staff over the ones who do not care about their business at the end of the day. I use to work at this location myself, the old staff was amazing to work with as a team, once everyone quit the new workers started to be unprofessional and started to talk bad about past workers to the customers, mind you some of them will sit at the drive through and not want to help others and talk about their personal life and how they want to play step mom, they will look up your social media instead of doing their job, as they have nothing better to do while being there. please be careful when you get donuts from this location as well, they do have a mouse infestation and will tell you the mouse fecal you find on your donut is a sprinkle or a burnt spec when I can assure you it is not.

I wouldn’t recommend going there the way business is you wouldn’t be able to get either your food or coffee ready. Management there is atrocious. Working there myself is like running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Many times I’ve been stuck by myself to which a district manager I ain’t gonna named up here but it rhymes with eren *cough *cough she’s the worst. As many times that lady always think she’s the top dog or whatever she is, she’s mad unprofessional at her job as a district manager. Her attitude is just to childish. Her mindset, her personality is the same as a child and working with someone like that is to stressful. That district manager only think highly of herself cause of her position. It’s because of that position she really let that store go to the point many customers there don’t wanna go back there because how it’s operating under someone new. Cant forget the owner on how she always taking the district manager side even if she’s wrong about something. You can’t expect to run an establishment while doing your job wrong. The owner and district manager have no ethical leadership what so ever. leadership with ethics is very important to understand, to develop, and to recognize in the business world. But those two the owner and district manager have neither the only thing that goes into their mind is money, money and more money. They don’t care about no one at all only themselves and they can’t relate on people on personal issues they only want you to work. If you decide to take a chance at this store do your research at the gas station there and ask any of the gas station employees how is it there. But personally myself you gonna get the worse experience. The names of the district manager that’s trashed to work under and the trash owner to work under is Margaret and Karen just saying ??‍♂️??‍♂️ also look at the donuts closely there’s been rats on the donuts biting between the munchkins and if you look up into the ceiling you would notice some black spots

This location's service has been going from bad to worse for quite some time now, but it's close to home so I grin and bear it. Today (around 10:30 a.m. on a Monday), I walked in to find 2 people in front of me. They had been waiting quite awhile and one of them finally left, tired of waiting any longer. Finally, one of the 5 people in the drive-in window area came over and helped the person in front of me. Then, she walked away and ignored me. After several more minutes, a second person came over and when I commented that it had been quite awhile to get service, he told me he wasn't going to take my order. Didn't appreciate being told that customers should be waited on promptly. I went to the drive-in window area of the store to report his rude, unprofessional attitude, but felt it was important to report here. Avoid this Dunkin' location (25 New Haven Avenue, Derby) if you can. I've been going there for years. Never again. Rude, disrespectful service. Priority given to those who drive-up to window and ignore those of us who actually get out of our car and walk in. Horrible place...and it's worse than ever.

They mess up my order at least half the time this morning I asked for decaf tea cus im pregnant and I got caffeinated. Sometimes they give me coffee instead of tea. Most the people are nice I really believe they need a new speaker for this

The girl at the drive-through was absolutely terrible. I asked for a signature latte when I got to the window and she gave me my drink. It was clearly a regular latte. I asked if she could make it with the whip cream she said no I can’t totally rude in front of my two young kids in the car. She had no interest in helping correct the problem . She acted as if she was annoyed She was even at work! Worst experience at a Dunkin! Will never return to this location

Was in line for over 10 minutes before they would even take our order. There was only 1 person in front of us and they still wouldn't take it at the speaker. The speaker wasn't broken, they are just trying to get inaccurate times so they look better to corporate.

There has been many occasions in which the order I placed is blatantly incorrect or a component of the order is just not right . It is CRUCIAL when you make a bagel it must be toasted to perfection , I will not stand for any more untoasted and mistreated bagels . When it’s a hot summer day and I’m looking forward to my nicely made iced coffee , this Dunkin has repeatedly handed me a very HOT cup of coffee & that’s just mean .Lastly , the workers are not only rude ; there are some employees who when asked to throw out the receipt , put it in my hand with a smile on their face . On a side note to some employees (just one) please close your mouth at some point during the transaction you are smearing your breath all over my credit card and food and that’s just wonderful .

This DD is so slow, its hard to order at the drive through bc its so loud outside and the workers are always talking and fooling around so they can't hear you and you repeat yourself 5 times and they still get the order wrong.

Ordered caramel latte and didn’t even add caramel and when I gave the lady my cupon she said it didn’t work and she saw that it said for all beverages including lattes . I used my points aswell so I know it takes it off right away ESPECIALLY SINCE I WORK AT A DUNKIN! Definitely terrible place dont come here .
