Some of these employees are so rude unprovoked and then act like you're a Karen if you don't like it. Also they added dragon fruit pieces to my green tea for some reason. If I wanted to choke on mushy fruit there's a soggy apple in my kitchen I could've had for free instead of wasting my money on a trenta drink I dumped. The fish lady on the cups would be disappointed in you.

Retrain your staff. Never seen such miserable people working together. Everyone was angry with each other and they all took it out on their customers. Horrible service and horrible drinks. There are so many other Starbucks that truly provide excellent service. This isn’t one of them. Sorry. You guys earned this review.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Starbucks location! They completely messed up my order, which not only wasted my time but also cost me significantly more money than expected.Firstly, when I arrived to pick up my order, it was completely wrong. They had given me someone else's order, and what I received was nothing close to what I had requested. Instead of offering a sincere apology or trying to rectify the situation, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful.I had to call an Uber from home and get the correct items. This unexpected trip added an extra expense, effectively tripling the cost of my sandwich .When I suggested that they simply arrange for an Uber to deliver the correct items to me, considering it was their mistake, they flat out refused. They insisted that I bear the additional expense of the Uber ride to pick up the correct order myself.The lack of accountability and customer service in this situation was appalling. Not only did I receive the wrong items, but I was also burdened with the cost and inconvenience of correcting their mistake.Needless to say, I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at this Starbucks branch. This experience has left me feeling disheartened and unwilling to return to this location in the future. I hope they can learn from this and prioritize customer satisfaction and rectifying their mistakes in the future.

The manager George is not good guy at all. He says he’s working since six years old but he doesn’t know how you do customer service guys.Every week my kids go there we spend more than $30 but he doesn’t know how he talk back. He could see his face in the mirror and just look dad to how he talk with the customer service from window not polite at all you need more training for customer service I recommend..

I went there today and over the weekend. No skim milk. I’m sorry, I am, but there’s no excuse. There is an Aldi and shop rite walking distance away. If u run out of something, go get it! Unbelievable! There r nice ppl working there, but seriously, does anyone believe there’s a reason to run out of milk??? Either get your stock order right or send someone to the store! Simple solutions to simple problems!

This one star review is not for the staff at the derby location who do a nice job, but for whoever is in charge. The label printer has not been working properly since the end of November or early December and has not been fixed yet. Therefore, when I order a venti iced latte with 1 pump of syrup, often times it gets made with the standardized 6 pumps. I take one sip and it needs to be remade not only inconveniencing me on what's supposed to be a quick pick-up order, but the staff. To the owner or manager: please have this issue resolved. I am a regular customer there, but will not be if this issue continues.

Whatever you're paying George (shift supervisor), it's not enough! He is an absolute ray of sunshine and made waiting in the drive-thru worth every moment. Also, I frequently go to this Starbucks, and I believe this is one of the best locations. Everyone is so friendly and organized!

Cannot say enough great things about the staff here! They are all so sweet and helpful, and have a lot of patience. I have yet to have a bad experience here. The last 2 days I ordered a ton of drinks for my coworkers and I, and they’ve been so kind and patient with me, you rarely see that these days especially with me ordering a ton of stuff back to back during the busy holiday season. Thank you all for being so kind!Parking: Their side of the parking lot is a pain to get in and out of, you’re better off not parking on their side if you’re in a rush and don’t wanna get boxed in!
