Wow. Just wow. I was here around 1:15pm on 02/05/2024 and this very nice older Spanish lady was working. Let me tell you! She can make a good cup of ice coffee!! I haven't had Ice coffee this dam good from dunkin in a long time!! We need one of her at every dunkin!!

Made an online order to prevent any confusion and they messed everything up. I order munchkins assorted glaze, they just gave 1 flavor. Then I krder a frozen hot chocolate and she argued with my husband even though the sticker said frozen hot chocolate, not coffee! The poor attitude displayed is extremely embarrassing for the company. I will not be going back to this store.

The night shift staff has absolutely no idea what they are doing. I was a customer in the gas station and saw/heard the girls be rude to the cashier. They were "singing" AKA screaming and when the young man from the gas station asked them to tone it down, they told him to go away and that they were not doing anything wrong.on top of having rude and incompetent staff, they are also slowww. Be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes for a medium coffee and a breakfast sandwich. this is without a doubt the poorest excuse for a Dunkin that I have ever had the displeasure of frequenting. Do yourself a favor and drive a mile down the road to the drive thru only Dunkin.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAITED FOR EVER TO GET MY COFFEE AND PEOPLE WERE AHEAD OF ME AND ONE OF THEM SAID HE WAS WAITING FOR 10 MINUTE'S AND THIS GIRL THAT WORKS THERE WAS HAVING AN ABTITUD WITH THE CUSTOMERS WHILE THE MANAGER WAS TRYING TO CALM HER DOWN, YOU HAVE TO GET RID OF EMPLOYEES WHO DON'T DO THEIR JOBS AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE IS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHY WOULD YOU NEED 5 PEOPLE WORKING AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW AND IGNORING THE ONES WHO ARE WAITING TO BE SERVE AT THE COUNTER.

I don't write reviews unless a place is absolutely terrible which is why I'm writing this one. I've ordered from this Dunkin' 4 or 5 times on DoorDash and they never get my orders right! (And the only reason why I was d*** enough to order so many times was because I didn't realize it was the same Dunkin'.) One time I ordered a half dozen donuts and a coolatta and the only thing I received was the coolatta. If they didn't have the donuts they could've just given me a refund but they took my money anyway! Another time, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese with hash browns and never received the hash browns! Today I ordered a dozen of the brownie batter donuts for valentine's day and they gave me a dozen Boston creme and thought I wouldn't notice! I don't eat Boston creme and neither does my family so I don't know what to do with them. Thankfully DoorDash gave me a refund, but now I'm stuck with these nasty donuts I'm not gonna eat. I'm never ordering from here again and you shouldn't either unless you like having your orders messed up.
They only had two people working there. They got to pay these people more, hire some more people. They got too few people working too hard.

What can be said about this dunkin donuts that hasn't already been said about a dumpster fire. I've been coming here for years and it used to be the best. Ever since the older crew left its been horrifying. 20-25 min waits are the norm, even with 2 people inside and 3-4 drive-thru. Orders are wrong all the time, so you'll wait 20, drive off, see its wrong, then either drive back or just deal. This very morning I waited 20 min. Drive off, coffee is made wrong, and is literally cold. I'm done with this place, stay away.

I won't give this place a 0 star because I don't have the option. 5 people working inside, not one of them took the time to tell me "I'll be with you in a moment" awful customer service! So I walked away and went to a Cumberland Farms, served my own coffee.

Order a large Ice Coffee and had to repeat myself 3x’s. After paying for it I had to wait and then I asked for my coffee to be made. As the coffee was handed to me the girl working spilled it all over the counter and myself. I ended up walking out after having to wait for it. This place has gotten so bad that I will never order from there again!Extremely poor service!
