“I stopped by Everlasting Nutrition because it looked so inviting from the outside. I was in awe with how much more beautiful it is inside. The space is spacious and bright, with adorable swing basket seats, as well a few other comfy seats. Each table has a little plant on it. There is also a beautiful wall of inspirational words.They have a large menu of all kinds of teas and shakes, be it fruity, nutty or chocolatey, they can make it. The lady workin here, I really wish I got her name, was super patient and kind, something tells me she might be the owner. She explained how the protein shakes are high in protein and fiber, while tasting delicious.I typically don't do shakes, because they're filled with sugar and other mystery ingredients. However, on the day I was here, I hadn't had dinner yet, and I was intrigued by the flavors they offered. I decided to get the Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Bread, now that's a mouthful of a name.My shake looked so good, and it tasted even better. It was mostly chocolate, but it wasn't heavy, it was kind of airy tasting, there were tiny chocolate chips that traveled through the straw smoothly for an extra touch of sweetness. I couldn't really taste the peanut butter, but I could see it. This was a very tasty and totally filling protein shake. I just wish they offered a few size options, as it was just a bit too much for me.At Everlasting Nutrition you can also find locally made products, such as honey and soap for purchase.I really enjoyed my protein shake, I can't wait to try more of their menu.“

“Came in on a rainy Friday afternoon (9/29), ordered a peanut butter banana smoothie that was great! Girl at the front counter was great and perfectly accommodated my gluten allergy. Quick and great service. A must when in the Simsbury area!“

“Playa Bowls has recently opened a new location in Avon. I was in the mood for an açaí bowl, so I popped over. Their menu is huge, they have a variety of different bases you can choose from. I went with the Chia Pudding.I got the Chia Tella, this is a Chia Pudding base, topped with granola, Nutella, banana, strawberries and coconut flakes. The space inside is very beachy and inviting. They have a lot of available seating at the bar tops by the window or inside by the colorful walls. There are also a few spots outside. They have their signature blue lounge seats outside.My order was ready pretty quickly. It was delicious! The strawberries and banana were fresh, the granola was crunchy, and there were plenty of coconut flakes for some added crunchy sweetness. The chia pudding was sweetened with agave.I like how the bowls aren't huge, and this isn't a heavy portion, so I could finish it on my own.I also signed up for their awards program, so I can receive coupons towards future bowls.Playa Bowls is a great addition to the area.“

“Mu daughter and I drove from Enfield to try this place out based on some recommendations of friends. We were not disappointed. Sarah and Lindsey were just the nicest girls that went out of their way to help us today. The strawberry peanut butter banana protein shake was delicious! Customer service...excellent. “Amazing! I've only been here twice and, so far, both times have been great!My first visit I had Jeniah (or Janiah), she was absolutely fantastic! So personable and super sweet. She made it a great first time! My second visit, I didn't remember to catch his name, but I really wish I did so he could know how awesome he is, as well. He was, also, very personable and kind... He had freckles and a nose piercing. He was wearing some cool rings... (hopefully he recognizes this is about him, lmao)Anyway, wonderful crew you've all got, there. “Deleted my old, negative review from a couple years ago to replace it with this one. I believe this was purchased by new ownership a little over a year ago now(?) and the differences from my last visit are substantial. They have the staple froyo flavors and it's very clean inside. I *love* that the topping are self-serve now. I happily dumped a million different things onto my froyo. Great variety of chocolate, gummy candy, fruits, etc. Pricing is on par with most other froyo places locally. Color changing spoons were a fun surprise. My partner and I both loved our treats and will definitely return.“

“Thee best breakfast bagel I've had in a long time. EVERYTHING was fresh and seasoned. I appreciate that they didn't charge me a kidney for it. Very reasonable prices and a way better choice then stopping at any local commercial spot!“

“I make smoothies for breakfast everyday, but on the weekends I make sure that I go to Magic Blend instead! Their smoothies are great, and there are many different types to choose from. I’ve also had their fresh-pressed juice on a handful of occasions…would also highly recommend! The owners are very nice and personable! Such a great little smoothie spot!“
