I got a veggie sandwich and I asked for instead of letters I was literally given six leaves of spinach. I asked for extra olives and was given only six olive slices, The ranch sauce tasted rancid also. When you order A veggie sub you expect to get more vegetables since you are not getting any meat- my sandwich was so thin it was ridiculous. My son got the buffalo chicken and there was definitely considerably less chicken than he has ever had it any other subway. The soda machine definitely needs the lines cleaned and the ice machine cleaned because it tasted moldy, and the ice had weird flex of black in it. We will not be returning to this location ever again

I went in for a half a sub. They don't take Subway coupons so that was a bad start.When we got to the toppings. I always get spinach. I use it as lettuce substitute but she only put about 5 leafs. Otherwise it was good.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I received absolutely atrocious service. I ordered a BLT with mayo, an Italian BMT with bacon, a turkey sandwich, and a steak and cheese with the mobile app, and when I got my sandwiches the BLT sub I ordered was only 3 slices of bacon on dry bread; no Lettuce, no Tomato (2/3 of the **BLT**!), and no mayo that I had asked for. The steak and cheese sandwich had barely any meat on it; the Italian BMT didn't have the bacon I ordered, and the turkey sandwich was absolutely swimming in mayo.I will not ever be returning to this location.

I have been 3 or 4 times now anywhere from 730-815 and they have been closed every time, one of the times an employee was there and it was 730 and just looked at me as he was locking the doors

Every time I order online my sandwich is never ready when I get there , they always make the sandwiches for the people that are there first . I order online and expect to get my food ready by the time I get there , obviously I order cause I’m in a rush and you can’t even have it ready on time and I always tip so it’s pretty pathetic. If you in a rush don’t bother cause you won’t have your food on time , even though the app says your food is ready …. It’s not . I really don’t like to give negative reviews but this is happening every single time I’ve ordered lately and it’s getting frustrating. I mean how long do you take to make my 1 or 2 sandwiches really ?! So unacceptable!! My advice is to go get sandwiches somewhere else imo.

This is now - new owners - I asked for tuna , tomatoes and onions- I was met with 3 skipped scoops of tuna , 8 slices of onion , 5 tomato slices , and Literary 9 pieces of sliced olives -What is going on - ???I'll go to the Sub-way in up the road -

Lousy hard burnt tasting wheat roll. Had a turkey grinder with lettuce tomato spinach green peppers onions. Mayo cheese. Put very little fillings on the roll. No lettuce... l give this place a Big 0

Just an awful experience. Only one person working. The guy was rude to the people waiting in line. He couldn't move any slower if he tried. It was such an uncomfortable experience. I will never go back to this location

I have been purchasing from Subway (East Hampton, CT) for years but WILL NOT ANYMORE! It’s a shame, too, because the owners *seemed* like people with integrity. Unfortunately, when my grandmother and I chose to buy lunch from here today, we experienced something one would see another endure on social media! I ordered two sandwiches from here, one we returned because there appeared to be HUMAN BLOOD on the wrapping paper?!! When we tried to address this issue with the employee, his claim was it wasn’t human blood but the oil from the meat on the wax paper (they wrap the sandwiches in parchment btw), and he couldn’t replace our sandwich because it would be deducted from his pay!!!! Finally, he called the owners and they tried everything they could to explain themselves out of this predicament! Finally, they gave in and refunded us for that one sandwich because my grandmother has cancer and we weren’t going to take no for an answer!! East Hampton Subway, you should be ashamed of yourselves for how you treat your customers AND your employees!!
