I don't know what compensation reviewers got for giving this restaurant a good review.Prices are ridiculous, staff are polite if they ever come and check on you. Food is average at best average and owner sits there and acts as if they are half as good as they used to be.We ordered a pizza that took 40 minutes and had toppings we did not order. When we brought this to their attention they promptly replaced the pizza with the correct pne in just under 30 minutes.Owner acts as if he is doing you a favor. He needs to appreciate his customers a little.

Ordered at 4, they delivered a soggy inedible pizza. The delivery drivers car was hoarded out, the pizza was vertical with all the toppings shifted to one side. It wasn’t cut all the way through so you couldn’t even get a slice if you wanted one. Called to get a replacement at 4:40. They needed the pizza back which was fine. They never delivered the replacement after and hour I called back. Got the run around. Owner came on the phone and was very rude. Hung up on me. After two hours of waiting I just wanted a refund. I called back again and someone very rude man got on the phone. And also hung up. This place used to be great. It’s gone downhill.

No I'm in the back wears hair nets or cover their hair and it's unsanitary and not ok

The food is okay if you want something to eat ASAP and that's about it! Also, common courtesy is very subjective here!Now considering COVID-19 is still a thing. I observed the owner cough very passionately while simultaneously leaning over the counter where other prepared food sat, being ready to be taken to other patrons.So disgusting ????! How does this restaurant stay in business, with such a blatant disregard for cleanliness and professionalism?As Gordon Ramsey would say "What a donut."Think twice before going here and if cooking is too hard, please try Hello Fresh!!!I do not recommend it!

Went to Anna's about a week ago and ordered shells with sausage and meatballs. What a shame that shells were overcooked and sausage and meatballs dry and tasteless. I will just cross this place off my go to list. What a shame.

Wait staff is really nice, my son loves it. Only place in town you can get a pizza delivered at 8 am! I will agree other things ive tried werent great. TheirBreakfast, pizza and smiley staff alone will keep us going back. Pricer side of things but I have no issue paying that for a good pizza.Edit** changed 2 stars , pizza is still trash most of the time. Four times now however I have received either a previous frozen / over fermented dough pizza. This is easy to tell because it taste like cardboard or refrigerator and the bread doesnt rise when baked. Disappointed that they do this. Please stop doing this. Take the time to properly ferment the yeast. Dont use dough after 3 days! I feel they are using old dough at times. The pizza use to be flawless but now its 50:50 that you might get fresh dough or old dough. Wait staff is still friendly and my son loves it, so keep taking my money for terrible pizza in hopes it gets better.

This is the third time we came here in four weeks. Damn good thing the pizza is good. Because the service sucks soooo bad. We almost walked out before our food came because we had waited so long.Oh, hey, want a refill on your soda? Good luck with that, too!!! Need napkins? Tough. Cream for your coffee? Whatever. Containers for your leftovers? Kick rocks.Each time we ate here, the service got worse. Finally, I had to post a negative review.BTW, the pizza is good, but it is not good enough to put up with this B.S.And the last "straw", the disgusting pie we brought home last night. It must have been expired. Had to be. No pie tastes so bad it has to be spit out. YUCK.Shame on you Anna's. And goodbye.

I cannot describe the level of disappointment in my recent experience here today. I ordered a 30 dollar fried fisherman platter for delivery, after waiting over an hour , I received something totally different , after making a call , they had put the order in again and rushed it. I received very little seafood or fries , as well as horrible bread, all the seafood tasted like rubber and looked like it. I could not even eat the food , this experience left my stomach in the same shape as my wallet , EMPTY. I strongly recommend Big Y over this place , not only do you get more bang for your buck but it’s at least edible. Shame on you Anna’s for not closing your doors when COVID hit .
