This bakery lacks lighting, ambience, pleasant music, ample customer seating and the workers HIDE in the back frequently. I became ill once after eating a product. I do not know how you remain in business. You are not getting my money anymore. Nothing tastes fresh btw.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the delicious smell. The staff behind the counter was friendly, helpful, and attentive. I ordered a breakfast sandwich con cafecito and a tuna grinder for later. Both the sandwiches and coffee (with cinnamon) were delicious. They also offer other desserts and Puerto Rican based pastries such as Budín. Their prices are average. It is a smaller, cozy brick and mortar store front. There is limited seating and tables.

We were visiting from Florida … stopped for a bacon, egg and cheese. Pure heaven on earth! So delicious. Coffee is delicious too!

I have to give the only bakery especially a Spanish one 5 stars. They are the only ones open DAILY on MAIN STREET in EAST HARTFORD. Their coffee is great and so is the bread they use. They have other great foods too!

Cuban sandwich was pretty good the young lady that works there is probably the fastest sandwich maker I've seen and she's super nice so try it!

Stopped in recently to check out how heavenly the bread was. The attendant was super friendly and offered to make a variety of sandwiches she had available, breakfast or lunch. I ordered the Cuban and bread pudding. My wife absolutely loved the Cuban, complimenting the bread and pork. I wasn't the biggest fan of the bread pudding, it reminded me more of a flan texture. Will check them out again for their breakfast sandwiches.
