This has been the best D&D by far. I can (most of the time) count on this place to get my order right. 99% always fresh and hot. The employees are always upbeat and nice (even when the drive-thru is super busy). Keep up the great work!!

Hands-down, the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area and it sucks because it’s the only 24 hour one if the coffee isn’t bad, the bagels are over toasted either hire more people or shut it down.

Rude, rude, rude. Stopped in for a mobile order, watched staff milling around while myself and another customer were waiting for our drinks. I finally got someone's attention and she fixed the other customers coffee and handed it to me. When I said it wasn't mine she got nasty telling me I shouldn't have asked for my coffee since it was a latte that I ordered. Another employee walks in about 10 minutes into the wait, stands at the register doing nothing ... then reports she is going on break.

I absolutely love this location. It has been redesigned with beautiful interior, superb parking in a great location. It's my favorite Dunkin spot.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces. Very clean. I have seen staff making sure the parking lot is clean, even pushing away pieces of ice/snow.

Went to silver lane Dunkin at 2am for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. When placing my order the person at the drive through came on the intercom with no enthusiasm or professionalism and seemed as if he didn’t even want to take my order. He then rudely said WHAT to me in an aggressive tone when he could not hear me. He proceeded to do this two more times. The sandwich was not made correctly I asked if it could be well done and it was not. Not a good experience I work in fast food myself and that was not a great way of interacting with your customer I felt disrespected and wanted to drive off just by the way I was being spoken to.

Definitely one of my more favorite dunkins. Staff is always friendly and fast to get your food. Line can be a bit long at times but other than that I'd say they are doing a pretty good job compared to the one up the street.

I'm not sure why I even bother with both the silverlane and main st location, maybe because it's close to home but lord behold it seems like management do not care about the amount of disappointed customers. Every time I order my coffee is wrong, half the time it has no type of sugar aren't I paying for this? Why am I paying for something made however your employees want to make it? Today I stopped by at a different time giving it the benefit of the doubt and ofcourse NO SUGAR but enough coffee grains to substitute for it, disgusting I thought Dunkin took pride in their business and customer satisfaction, I GUESS NOT, Disgusting! Might as well drive up and instead of ordering what you would like just tell whoever is taking the order to serve you whatever they feel like because the chances of getting what you ordered is slim to none, let's not mentioned the wait time just to be a unsatisfied customer.
