Slow, slow, slooooowww....First time I've been to this DD, as it never seems open...Walked in. 20 minutes to get a coffee, sandwich, and hashbrowns.Waited almost 10 minutes just to give my order... was told three times, by three people - one was leaving - that someone would be with me "in a minute".No one else in the store, *maybe* two cars in the drive thru.One person was fiddling with what looked like a cocoa powder dispenser, the one other person was wandering around like he didn't know what to do.Waiting at the pick-up area, asked me if I was waiting for a drink... my order was up on the board... then asked what my order was.Finally got the coffee; another car showed in the drive-thru.All the orders, including mine are redlighting by now.Another employee is quickly putting together food, but I guess it was for his break, because he put it together then dissapeared.Guy is still wandering back and forth, took another walk-in order. The first employee finally tells him to make a couple of the sandwiches, including mine. He moves SLOOOWW, getting one thing at a time....I'm sipping my coffee - not the best, but also not the worst, I'm not in a rush today. Both employees, when they pass, apologize for the wait....I *finally* get my order. It is correct, but the hash browns taste old.This Dunkin' is going to be in trouble if it continues this way; and explains why it never seems open - no customers, or very few - will tolerate this from a "fast food" place that prides itself on speed.

Ive sat in a line of 3 cars for 20 minutes multiple times. just makes no sense that coffee and a bagel should take that long. you can pull in at 10:30 and not recieve ur food until 11, that is a possibility at this location.

This is currently the best DD in Manchester. Best food and they prepare your coffee exactly how you ask for it. For this reason they're always busy but drive thru staff stays on point and are always super friendly. The only reason I have to give the food 3 stars is because they're always out of something I want to order and also always out of supplies. Management at this store should do a better job with ordering inventory but that's really the only thing that needs improvement.

This Dunkin is new yet it has so many problems. I can never get my coffee correct, it always tastes nasty and bitter. My food is always cold and prepared disgustingly. The wait time is always extremely long there is people working behind the counter with an attitude.I really dislike going to this dunkin yet it's the closest one

Paid $4.19 for a piece of bread that wasn't even toasted .. never made it to the oven and then they scarcely slapped a bit of avocado on top... I just want my money back for what I could have made at home... so much for having a quick breakfast before work. How do you even miss the most important step??

The coffee used to be good, but lately it always tastes burnt. They take forever to complete orders even when it’s not busy. The staff aren’t very friendly or helpful and make mistakes often. We’ve been coming to this dunkin a few times a week for years and it’s sad to see how it’s declined so much.

Some of the staff are great, but usually they’re rude and unhelpful. Got a sandwich that still had the paper on the cheese inside, and online orders did not have labels/names on them, so it was hard to tell which was my food. I was scolded at when I asked which was my order, for some stupid reason.
