I can't leave zero stars but I would gladly leave not even one star. I came to eat here and ordered a marine trio and the fish ceviche was totally simple without salt and without lemon, it was really raw, nothing like a real fish ceviche. I really just came to vote my money! The food is not the same anymore

I ordered by phone before in English and they mess up my orderI order a second time by phone in Spanish and they mess up againI went in person and order for the third time 'the same arroz chaufa NO EGGS veggies only, shrimp rice NO EGGS" and well done french fries and they messed up for the third time .When i clearly asked her before i left , are u sure it doesnt have eggs and she answered that my food dint have any egg on ,it !THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ‼️ ????All 3 times I ordered the rice had egg in , it and the fries were cold and soggy ?When I called her she APPOLOGIZE but not once offered to exchange my plate .THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME ! SABROSO IN EAST HARTFORD CT HAS MY SERVICEMY ADVICE IS TO CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE ! BIGGEST MISTAKE I DID .

The rostisery chicken looked and tasted days old. No paper of any kind in the bathroom.
I was in CT for 2 nights and I was happily surprised to find this restaurant. OMG los picarones were hot and delicious! All the right scents and sweet stickiness in the syrup. I also had chaufa mixto. Good food and friendly service. I bought to go.
