I absolutely love this little piece of East Haven. It absolutely represents East Haven and everything that makes it great. It has amazing Italian food, a sweet dessert section and hot chicken wings. The young employees there fit the culture perfectly. They are young, caring and nice. I have eaten here even though I typically take out. They have three little tables to eat at and a cute outdoor section to eat at.

I have ordered from there once before and was so disappointed I thought I would try again. The boneless chicken wings are definitely not real chicken and my daughter found 2 pieces of black plastic in her Italian wedding soup, my grandson slice of pizza tasted like cardboard. I'm done I work hard for my money like we all do and when I called not even offered a gift card or how about just saying can we make you something else. I would have not accepted but the gesture would have went a long way. Very unhappy and hungry customer.

Went to order a pizza for pickup and was told that I had to pay over the phone or they wouldn't take my order. I asked why this was as I live on the other side of town and have never been to this place before. The snarky little twit replied that "someone from this number ordered something and never picked it up". Firstly, I just GOT this number, secondly, blacklist a NAME, a PERSON, not a number that changes users more frequently than an STI changes hosts. Lastly, if you're in the business of serving people, be a people person! The cost of one pizza versus a repeat customer and generated goodwill and more revenue is just good business sense! 20/10 would not recommend.

Highly recommend CAPOTORTO’S APIZZA CENTER. I was having a small gathering and thought I’d pre- ordered a variety of subs/wraps for our guests. So glad I did! I ordered 5 subs and a variety of wraps!! When I picked them up they were hot and all marked as requested!! We loved all of them!Great family restaurant, terrific food!!!Thank you So Much Ralph and Beth Capotorto!

New Year's Eve I ordered 3 pizzas fromCapotorto's online. I was unaware that they were closing early for the holiday, when I arrived they looked like they were wiping everything down for the evening. Mr. Capotorto welcomed us in and restarted the oven. So nice that him and his employees took the time to make the pizzas when we probably should have checked the hours before ordering. They quickly made the 3 pizzas and we had such a pleasant conversation with Mr. Capotroto, he is a kind and passionate man, who cares deeply about what he does. He has been doing this for a long time and it shows!!! The pizzas were hot and delicious and everyone at the party was raving about the pizza and how its their new "go-to spot" as they are new to the area. Please visit here!!! So good!
For me this pizza is way better than Sally’s or Pepe’s. This is a Hidden pizza spot that everybody should try.
