Used to go here when I had a late day at work and wanted something that wasn't a burger or taco bell. Went there the other day and the food is just terrible now ! It doesn't even come in the Boston market containers just a chicken inside a styrofoam container too small to hold it and sides in clear plastic containers like soup from china star lol it really looked as if the place was prepping to close for good :/

This East Haven location has gone downhill.. They no longer serve white gravy?? So what do you put on the menu items that come with it? Fountain drinks are gone only bottle soda is available. They serve the food in a Styrofoam container now?? This location has the looks that it is closing down or management does not care.I will think long and hard about returning to this location if it even stays open.

Ordered two meals through DoorDash. Delivery was prompt. The food in both meals was terrible. The chicken was dry and tasteless. The vegetables were also dry and lacked taste. They don't put gravy on the mashed potatoes anymore? This is the last time I'll ever order from Boston Market.

Have not been to this location in a long time. As soon as I entered, the employee serving the meat welcomed me, which was greatly appreciated. The employee up front could be a little more friendly. The food was okay, but I loved the mashed potatoes. Would be nice if Boston Market would expand its menu with a different variety of meat and side choices instead of the typical foods.

When we got there they only had dark meat left, most of the sides were gone or had been sittingout all day, and the rice was hard as a rock. The employee gave us food we didn't want just to get rid of it. The toilet in the men's room was also

I cannot believe this place I went to was really a Boston Market. Trying to order and they had nothing on the menu except the crispy chicken. All the sides were dry and crusty. The whole restaurant was dirty. Stay away from this East Haven location.

Run down. The people working were more interested in their conversation than customer service. Chicken was placed in cardboard container so it leaked everywhere. I know the response will be "we will talk to the team" but it won't help. The quality has gone way down sadly.

Very poor customer service, both employees were more interested in their phones than serving the customers. Restaurant was unkept and somewhat dirty. Asked for napkins, given 2. Asked for extra, given 2 napkins. NOT the same Boston Market from years ago. Very sad.
I used to be a very regular Boston Chicken / Boston Market customer for many years. Saw one tonight on my drive home from NJ to MA and decided to stop for dinner. Had the original half chicken meal they've offered since the beginning. The chicken was dry. They were out of several of the sides (and it was only 6:30). Had no beverages other than regular Coke or Sprite or lemonade. And the staff uniforms looked dirty and stained. The restroom had a sign indicating it was checked and cleaned every hour... looked more like a few days.

Fraud was perpetrated on my account at this location. Management and the delivery service couldn't care less! I actually called before the order was delivered and after-no one stopped the delivery or would take down the information after the fact! " not anything we can do!" It kills ne that the order was actually delivered AFTER I told them it was fraud. Since Boston Market only uses one delivery service through their own on line ordering system, it seems they would at least care enough to show some concern... but not this location!!! I have the name of the person who ordered, the name of the delivery driver and the address it was delivered to..,I will never trust their online ordering system again!!! Not even an "I'm sorry this happened to you!" I had to beg for the corporate telephone number to report it...makes me wonder if it's not someone working at this location since the delivery was local ???? Yes, I have informed my bank-but this Boston Market location wasn't even interested in helping!!!! I called the delivery service and they said it was Boston Market charges through their online order system, so it was up to Boston market to resolve

Not the Boston Market I grew with.Poor looking sides that tasted strange. The chicken was good. It was less than 50 degrees in there so we hurried through our food bundled up Went to use the rest room and it was so gross I walked out without using it. 2 is a gift and only the chicken saved it.Sad for what once was a great place to eat. Will never visit one again
