Great shakes and deliciously mindful foods. It’s rare to find places in the area with really good quality food especially while on the go. The insulin resistance wrap is a great option and very intentional while keeping the health of customers in mind. As a Health and Fitness coach, I highly recommend this place!

I just finished devouring the Protein Valley and it was absolutely delicious. Fresh and flavorful ingredients and awesome staff. The celery cucumber juice is refreshing and a great addition to the meal. I can’t wait to try more dishes!!
