Ordered at 10:08am was asked to pull up to white fence that my wraps were in the oven and someone would be right out with them. I sat by the fence for 26 minutes and went back thru drive-thru to be told "oh they got thrown away"?!? So you just forget about your customers?! Noted.. Im not sure whats going on with Dunkin Donuts in South windsor lately because Sullivan ave is just as bad.

One of my favorite dunks both my husband and I go to on our commute , they are always friendly and quick. I only had one issue with my coffee after a million times being there and they took care of it immediately no questions asked.

Never have a problem with this location they make my coffee perfect and the sandwiches. The people are great as well. And the new pancake wrap up is absolutely amazing I hope it stays on the menu and isn't a limited time only !!!

I order an iced coffee on the mobile app and when I get there they said they don’t have any iced coffee because they close in 10 minutes. I asked for a refund but they said they couldn’t do that and I’d have to contact the app. Also, I went in there right before 6 and it’s says they close at 7.

extremely rude disgusting people very unprofessional very rude clearly every single one of those employees hates their job and takes it out on the customer I spent over $100 in that restaurant this morning nothing but attitudes dirty looks and eye rolls I will never conduct business at that establishment again I will gladly drive 5 miles away to the next Dunkin donuts next time.. and as I sat there for over 30 minutes waiting on my order I witnessed them treat three different delivery drivers like rats off the street completely unacceptable behavior it's a wonder why these people even have jobs UTTERLY DISGUSTED

Gets worst every time go, only reason go there still is it’s closest to my home but won’t be anymore. Food is always wrong. Order English muffin with butter on side. Got to work to have English muffin with egg and cheese and butter in bag. It’s not that hard to read and order. How do you always add egg when it’s not even on paper.
