Ordered a Medium iced matcha this afternoon and this is what I got when it arrived. Matcha is expensive. To just dump it in a cup and send it out the door is tasteless. Don't put it on the menu if you can't make it right. A straw is not strong enough to stir through the bottom of this hardened mess. I would normally give your location a 4-5 star review but between this location and Windsor Ave, I am not getting consistent orders made correctly no matter what time of the day we visit. These photos are after it sat for the 10 minutes it took from the window to my house.

The servers are you busy talking to eachother rather than take your order or get it correct. How hard can it be ?

I do not understand how Dunkin donuts trains people1 person knows how to make a latte and the next person has no clue just putting syrup in a cup with milk and coffee is disgusting. If they do not know how they could simply state they don not know how to make it and something else would be chosen that's simple.It's 6:15 Monday September 11th. Bad service, bad drinks, bad attitude.
