Our family takes home chipotle frequently for the convenience of a fresh and healthier take out option. East Longmeadow is our go to location normally, but April 1st we mobile ordered from Enfield as I was passing through the area on my way home.Unfortunately, we had STILL FROZEN CORN in our bowls. This Enfield location perhaps has moved away from fresh ingredients, quality, and customer service.When I called into the restaurant to report the issue, I was told to “call corporate and request a refund”. Why was there no ownership of making a mistake and offering apologies. Why would they not assist with getting a refund or even offer to remake our food?I called corporate as I was told and ending up on dead ends of automated voice machines. I then found a bot on the chipotle app you can talk to (because they give you no way to ever reach a live person). After over 30 minutes of dead end loops, I gave up.We are no longer giving our business to chipotle. I hope corporate will see this and maybe perhaps rethink their new ways.

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The last 3 times I’ve went they’ve been out of chicken, steak, and white rice. The restaurant has trash everywhere. Seems poorly managed. Sad because they used to be great when they first opened. Will not be going back anytime soon.

When someone ask can they get you- you expect their undivided attention. During tonight’s visit I expected this but the server was preoccupied with the people before me who were complaining about everything from where’s the tofu not enough food on the burrito as a result I had someone who was not listening and I was given this sloppy bowl with extra corn which I did not ask for. Customer service advice- every customer voice is important !!

Not a very attractive location. The inside (behind the counter) looks a mess. It’s a very unappealing look when you are a customer waiting on food that is being made within those same areas. It was lunch time, 12PM, and there was barely any food left!

Food was good except I had to ask for fresh carnitas cuz what they had in the line was old dried and crusty looking. They were able to give me some from the online order side. I came into the store and there was no toilet paper. I went in line and told them while ordering that there was none. 10 minutes into my meal they still haven't replaced and they aren't busy. They also have only 1 bathroom so it really should be kept on top of. Also it smelled a bit in there and the floor didn't look that clean.

I worked at this location when it first opened years ago as an apprentice manager. And boy oh boy it has gone down hill. Trash everywhere, the line is a mess, they never have certain things, everyone looks miserable. Where is management or a leader?!? I haven’t felt good after eating it. Just sad, we took pride at this location and it’s gone way down hill. ? Do you guys need help and someone to run that store the way it should be?! Rethink your management there.

Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Out of the most basic ingredients (white rice, lettuce, sour cream, etc). Workers lacked professional communication with each other and if they did communicate, it was in rude shouts. Worker yelled in my face multiple times and was extremely rude and impatient towards me, as well as the cashier. Trash was overflowing completely onto the floor and nobody bothered to take it out once. Tables were covered with old food and place was barely lit up at all. Workers crowded around the back rudely and loudly conversing with each other. Don’t spend your money here.

Rudest staff I’ve ever seen. Lady screamed at my friend “QUESO? QUESO? QUESO?” repeatedly because she did not hear her the first time she had asked. The restaurant is absolutely disgusting and employees didn’t even bother to throw out the trash. You guys might be out of lettuce or sour cream or whatever, but I know you guys have enough trash bags to take it out once in a while.

Do I like Chipotle? I'm not precisely a fan of it but I do expect the rice to be fully cooked as well as the meat. Is this a photo of something EVERYONE can eat? I highly doubt it. Flavor is also missing. Have salt available for God's sake!! My husband has tried to get me to like Chipotle but Chipotle staff isn't helping. The person preparing the bowls, burritos, etc doesn't wipe their area after each break. Have some organization. This reflects on the management. I regret not going to the teriyaki place next door. The entire time I was in line, I had a voice in my head telling me to get a teriyaki bowl instead. Save yourself the disappointment. My husband said the only reason he ate his burrito was because he was hungry!!

The management and staff are terrible. Zero hospitality. Customers to these idiots are just cogs in the system, there not people people to them just transactions. I had a car full of children on a road trip and asked for lids on their burrito bowls and they denied me. I explained we were taking them in the car and would need to put a lid on them and they still told me to F/O. Said they were just for online delivery. 3 lids.. that all.. So insanely stupid.

The lady serving me said they were out and couldn't give me lettuce on my burrito. I accepted that until I heard the gentleman behind the counter say that we can get more lettuce from the back.( Mind you there were 3 people in the store 2 of witch weren't being served) to the lady behind me after my food was done being packaged. Then, for 2 burritos, 1 with carnitas and one with chicken and guacamole plus 2 small drinks, I was charged 34$. Even though the previous Friday I had ordered 2 carnita burritos and 2 large drinks and that was cheaper than what I had ordered today. Then I looked at my receipt, and it said I was charged for guacamole twice on both burritos and am very disappointed about proper training of the staff

There were 5 employees just standing around they had no lettuce tables in the dining room filthy covered in left over food bags on the table. Appearance is everything didn't they learn after COVID? Does Enfield have a health department? Fire these lazy workers including managers since they obviously don't care looking at prior reviews

I enjoy a great chipotle experience however this was not a good one. I ordered a salad bowl with chicken. I waited 15 minutes freshly cooked chicken. Then the shift mgr refused to give me dressing for the salad. Not to mention the restaurant including the juice bar was messy.

A young boy prepared my bowl, and he did an excellent job. The service was also commendable. I interacted with both a young boy and a young lady, and both provided good service. However, I must point out that this place needs to pay more attention to cleanliness. I understand everyone is busy, especially with food preparation, but I believe they could benefit from an extra helping hand for cleaning.
