The person making the food made my sandwich wrong gave me a croissant instead of a multi grain bagle. I asked for my bacon to be toasted almost burn5 when I saw you made my sandwich wrong I said I don't eat croissants. I eat multi grain bagels. He's like well. Do you want me to just toast the bagel And give it to you and you can move your sandwich onto that. I said, are you trying to take the lazy way out? He said yeah, when I received the right sandwich. My bacon was basically raw. Very bad service. will never come back. And I am not one to ever complain I get people tired or having bad day but this was just terrible

Every time I go to this establishment, they get my coffee wrong. One time I asked for an X-Large Hazelnut coffee milk only. What did I receive? Coffee with 2 sugars and very light. Second time, I asked for a Toasted White Chocolate Signature Latte, decaf, light on the ice and extra cinnamon sugar on top. What did I get? A Toasted White Chocolate Signature Latte, caffeine, no ice and no sugar on top. If these kids can't follow simple instructions, how are they supposed to be successful in life. Ugh!

I have been to many Dunkin' Donuts locations and this is the best one in the area. Eli, Mylaiza, Jazmine, Shannon, and Thomas are my morning crew and they're a great team. They're good to their customers so it's no surprise that many frequent this location. The location is clean. The food is served quickly and accurately. There is plenty of seating and outlets at each seating station (AC/USB-A). Best Dunkin’ in the area. The employees are pretty nice & often give you extra food for free. The food is average Dunkin’ quality, and the donuts aren’t too good, but they’re cheap and at least the food is good tasting.
