Just tried this place for the first time. I was really excited to try it and ended up very disappointed. I ordered online and picked up. Lady at the counter was very rude. No napkins or utensils in the bag. Most importantly the tuna had a very weird taste to it which ruined the entire bowl. I threw it out. Probably will not return.

The service is not doing their job. When I got home and looked in my bag to get my food out of it ,I saw a bunch of rat fecses. OmgI threw it outsideHow horrible.Thats the last time I ever went there .

I LOVE Joy Bowl. This is my go-to takeout spot. Poke is a well rounded meal that hits all the spots. It is clear the employees love what they do. Everyone is always smiling and they even go as far to draw on each bag for takeout. Definitely my favorite restaurant.
