This chain has really gone downhill. The chicken was spongy. The dining area and condiment area was dirty. The peppermint frosty was amazing though!

I have come to eat here plenty of times and the service is awful, but this time there was a new face with a welcome customer service attitude. His name is Junito. He was attentive and engaging with not only myself and my husband but also with every customer he came into contact with. Amazing service!!!!!!!

No one's perfect ..no buisness is either.. This location has the friendliest staff, foods hot and fresh and even if a mistake was made in order it's fixed promptly and professionally..
