Ordered a LG. meatball pizza. The under carriage was cooked to perfection. It had a nice combination of cheese and meatballs and charred just right. The owners were cordial and pleasant. Highly recommended!

In CT, we are so lucky to be blessed with a million great pizza options- Brickside Pizza is among them in this area for sure! Great little takeout spot with big flavors! We got the Sunday Dinner with meatballs, ricotta and sauce. We also tried the prosciutto arugula pie as well! They are stocked with plenty of fox on park sodas as well to grab on the way out!

I came from Ohio to try the regions best pizza among other things. This place Hold s up LIKE A CHAMP to new haven pizza ?. I did the tour this day and brickside took 2nd of 5 places I went that day. PLUS I loved the one on one experience getting to chat with the owner etc. Please support this locally owned gem ?

Came here when visiting family a year ago - A more authentic New Haven/CT style pizza you will not find. Made to order right in front of you, some of the best pizza I've ever had. Heading back to CT this fall to visit family again and making this place a priority stop.

The pizza was good. Not blow your mind the best pizza I've ever had. That said it was a great combination of quality ingredients that made me appreciate how the chewy crust was made from 000 flour no doubt. The sauce was good but the reason why I didn't give it five stars was it was a bit dressed up with spices. Simple San marzano tomatoes with a touch of fresh garlic is all it really needs. Let the cheese and toppings do the work. I highly recommend canceling your trip to New Haven and give it a try.

My wife and I enjoyed one of the Best wood fired pizzas we have had in quite a while at Brickside Pizza in Ivoryton, CT recently. If you’re in the area or just driving through on I-95 it’s definitely worth the drive to find this special place. Great for take out or enjoy it at their outdoor tables, you won’t be disappointed.
Authentic wood fired. Sauce is superb! Love the char! If you aren't near by, it's worth the drive.
Great small pizza place with a single brick wood-fired oven. It's worth the trip! I recommend the shrimp scampi pizza!
