Nice off the beaten path dining experience Just outside of down town Fairfield Great drinks and the chicken is amazing Generous portions at a good price which isn't easy to find in this economy

Bonda is the greatest hidden restaurant in Fairfield county. The service is unmatched, everyone here is so sweet. The food is all insanely good regardless of what you order. The ambience is extremely cozy. This is a regular date night and the absolute best- easy parking, no traffic, the hidden gem.

Bonda is a charming restaurant located in greenfield hill area of Fairfield. The food is consistently delicious and prepared with care, creativity and always reflecting what's in season. The menu features various dishes and options, some items stick around for a while because they are so popular, and special items are commonly rotated through their lineup to always make it interesting to dine there. The service is warm and welcoming, with the feeling of arriving at a friend's home for dinner. Jamie (the owner) is super accommodating, and great to hang with at the bar. Highly recommend this establishment. Menu highlights? I haven't had anything yet that hasn't been stellar, so I'd say whatever strikes you. The sriracha chicken is killer

Did not enjoy eating here. Ordered swordfish that seemed prior frozen, not particularly cooked well. Which was surprising since we had heard such good things. Have not returned.

Bonda is a consistently excellent restaurant with both creative and standby dishes that are really well executed. Fried chicken chicken is a favorite, along with the pasta dishes. They rotate menu items frequently so there is almost always something new to try. Service is friendly and timely. Prices are fair. Just an excellent place tucked into a small mall setting in rural Fairfield.

This is hands down the best restaurant in in Fairfield; if not the county. Impeccable service, great ambience and diverse menu.

I have been to Bonda several times over the last year and it never disappoints. The waitstaff for table service are always very sweet. The menu changes regularly, but my husband and I have had the steak frites, fried chicken, salmon, pork Milanese, Bonda burger, as well as a mired of appetizers (wedge salad and little gem salads are not to be ignored. They seem less exciting than some apps but they’re so tasty!) all with the same creativity and scrumptious taste. I went most recently with my parents and had excellent service, delicious food and a dessert that was out of this world. I’m my opinion, it’s one of the better restaurants in the Fairfield/Westport area.

Went to Bonda with a friend several months ago (April 2022). They're usually busy, we had reserved for 6:15 to be early. Took quite a while to get menus, then to order and have the order served. The small restaurant and bar area filled up in the meantime. After the main course there was a pause. Our waiter didn't ask if we would like dessert, though we would have. The waiter showed up bill in hand, to apologize and say sorry, there were people waiting for our table. Sometimes there are glitches in service, and everyone understands. This was a combination of inefficiency and bad manners. Quality of food doesn't matter, when there is no hospitality. On the way out I said to our waiter that we didn't appreciate being asked to leave. He shrugged and mumbled, "sorry". Not sure if I've ever posted a negative restaurant review. This is a first.
