There is no rating, Boston Market use to be a good place but right now I would not recommend that place to no one, why for that price on a plastic plate please and when you enter there is still leaves from fall in the doorway.

Really Not sure what happened here, used to be great, had lunch from here and was in bad shape the next day, only thing I ate that day, may be a coincidence but I don't think so, as I mentioned to friends they reported same outcome, won't be going back anytime soon, such a shame was always good food and good value

Terrible customer service the black manager who works on Sunday had a bad attitude and will not look you directly in the eye. Order chicken her response to the staff well she just gonna have to wait for it!! Instead of sorry Ms chicken won’t be ready another ten minutes. What has happen to GOOD customer services ☹️

They slauter chickens and cut them open on the premises don't eat there you will get Covid dumpy place rats in the ovens employees pick there nose and put snots in the food

9+ dollars for a quarter of the driest chicken I’ve ever had with 2 small sides….. you can go to any supermarket and get a fully prepared chicken which is equally as good for $5. Just awful.

I was amazed at 4 the restaurant was empty.I got a whole chicken, and a pot pie.The side dishes looked like they had all dried upSitting out all day.I got home and the chicken tasted funny and all dried out, and all grey on the bottom. Next day I heated up the chicken pot pie, which was disgusting. I threw it out, I will never return to this establishment.

Whomever was the check out girl at 8:30pm 5/23, awful, didn’t speak was annoyed the wholetime and lazy. However, the AMAZING gentleman preparing the meats behind the sides was incredibly amazing. He more than made up forher lazy attitude, watch staring/phone staring hospitality. Thank you for being great!

They changed the staff and they are not friendly at all. Very bad service to the costumer. None of the workers were pleasant. The cold cumin and the burnt chicken. What a bad experience

This place is always out of everything. Do not order online. When you pick up you will be told they don’t have what you ordered. It’s not uncommon for this location to be out of 3 or 4 different items everytime. Staff is RUDE AS CAN BE! They don’t want your business here. I suggest you go elsewhere.

Ordered delivery on a Sunday night. The ETA of 9pm came and went, no delivery. Finally called BM at 9:30 and was informed there was no delivery person working that night. This was surprising as no one had the courtesy to inform me. My roommate, her mom and I were all left hungry waiting for this food. The kicker is that I was charged for the order anyway, and even though I called for a refund I’m not sure I’ll get it. I will be reporting this charge as fraudulent to my card company. Stay away!
