Owners Lisa Storch and Glen Collelo opened their 100% raw, gluten-free and vegan cafe, Catch A Healthy Habit Cafe, in 2009. Their kitchen doesn't even have an oven! Catch A Healthy Habit has delicious and nourishing dishes, so you can enjoy all the amazing flavor without compromising on health while fueling you from the midday lunch! They offer effortlessly magical, healthy, and light take-outs of goodness for gut health and loaded with antioxidants. Everything is bright, refreshing, crunchy, savory, and filled with umami flavors that come together so amazingly. My nutritious conscious ordering: -Juice: The Tara: Green apple, celery, cucumber, kale, romaine, lemon, and ginger -Smoothie: Grateful Green: Kale, pear, date, and banana -Iced Golden Elixir: Almond "milk", turmeric, coconut oil, honey, ginger, cinnamon, and hot water -Nori Wrap- it's delicious!, order 2. -Guacamole and Chips -Kale Chips -Pie Square: flavors vary, coconut and cashew-based raw pie -Dragon Fruit Bowl -Cacao Hazelnut Crepes

Absolutely the best stop on my trip!!! I set a pin for the way back but closed on Sundays, I'm from Boston so was looking forward to this. So worth the stop or the short detour if your passing through!! There is also a small park across the street for you to take your dog.Dietary restrictions: Vegan and dairy free options

Great vegan lunch spot. Photo is from September when it was warm enough to sit outside! The Nori Wrap and Gotcha Matcha are my go-tos. Both are always a 10/10. Service is great and the staff are super friendly. Definitely recommend.

My love and I recently had two wonderful experiences, at Catch a Healthy Habit! We were visiting Fairfield, CT from NYC, and stumbled on a new and true jewel. ? We found the environment to be both welcoming and relaxing — the first day, due to good, sunny weather, we even got to sit outside. Also, the first day we met and were served by Lisa — who was so lovely; her warm smile and gentle hospitality quickly put us at ease. The next day we were served by a nice young man, but I didn’t get his name.Alright — the food! Let’s talk food. : ) The first day, I ordered ”the bagel” (everything is vegan on their menu), made with cashew cream cheese…and it was heaven on a plate! It was quite filling, too. I also ordered the Peruvian Passion smoothie, which was incredible. I wanted two of them, but didn’t have any more room in my belly for another one. LOL So, the second day I ordered the bagel all over again, which was totally worth it, and opted for a warm matcha latte (with spirulina), drink instead. It was also incredible - and if you’re a matcha fan, like I am - then I’d highly recommend it. Also, on a somewhat random note, I loved the clean products that they chose for their bathroom and really enjoyed washing my hands in it. : ) If you’re ever in Fairfield, def go check this place out! Whether you’re vegan or not, it’s certainly worth a visit - or two! : ) PS I also got the tumeric fudge (brownie?), to go - the second time around, which was also so yummy.Vegetarian options: Everything there is vegan, so it’s also vegetarian! : )Dietary restrictions: This place is vegan ?

My daughter and I stopped here for lunch and wow! I had the Mediterranean Salad, delicious! My daughter had the Pizza toast and the Green Pear Smoothie, everything was so good. Of course then we had to try a couple desserts…they did not disappoint. Updated from previous review on 2023-05-13

I've been going to Catch A Healthy Habit for many years. Greg and Lisa are amazing community builders and they have the most fabulous food. And since I have celiac, it's such a joy to have a place I know I can eat at safely. They are homemade almond milk is begond delicious which is why all of their foods and smoothies that use it are so a cut above. When they first opened and had all of their evening programs, I attended many with my son and learned so much. It opened my mind to new ways of thinking about many things. I feel like Greg and Lisa have been a font of information and I feel a deep connection to them both even though we don't socialize outside of the café. I wish them continued success and many blessings!

first of all this is the best avocado toast on the planet, hands-down. Everything is delicious and made to order. No frills restaurant, friendly service, delicious, healthy food. Don't miss the desserts! Truly a local gem.
