What Happened to Customer Service ?I don’t know why this is slowing turning into a thing of the past . My child enjoys going into the store for a hot dog and the claw machine . Unfortunately getting friendly timely service is becoming nonexistent. I ordered a kids meal with a shake . The cashier said she would bring it over to the table .The milkshake never came , and my son was 1/2 way through his meal . I asked one of the other staff members for the shake . He asked me to repeat the order and it came several minutes later . The kicker was we were the only ones in the restaurant. C’mon Duchess, please get it together, not the first time at this location . Wishing more from this legendary spot .

In Fairfield, we have been customers for years, especially fans of the egg sandwiches, chicken Parmesan, and their onion rings. Recently my son ordered a "mango smoothie" and mozzarella sticks for a total of $10.39. He finished about 2/3 of the "smoothie" and left it on the counter. After it melted it became clear we paid over $5 for a slurpee.

We needed a quick bite. They have breakfast and lunch options. They have Coke products. They have a drive through and dining room. It seemed clean although worn down.
We needed a quick stop for food. They have breakfast and lunch options plus Coke products. There is a drive thru as well as a dining room. Everything seemed clean just a little worn. There's a parking lot.

Went last week. I waited at the register for 5 minutes while 4 different employees stared at me. Not 1 person asked to help me or even bothered to tell me they will be with me shortly. When i received my food it was missing my drink ,sauces,and a few other things. The hot dog was the worst hot dog i had ever eaten in my entire life. The bathroom was disgusting, dirty floor, toilet, garbage, no soap dispenser, and graffiti. Never will i return.

Duchess is a great restaurant been eating at Duchess since I was 8 years old I'm 61 now the original location on Park Avenue was awesome Burgers still taste the same great onion rings

I went through drive through. It took forever, to get my food and the guy handed me someone else’s food bag. Terrible service and the food, HORRIBLE! The chicken sandwich tasted old and was dry.
