The worst customer service and it doesn’t matter if it’s busy or slow. Time after time I have tried to greet and thank the employees and not one of the females says a word back. I’ve yelled it so there’s no excuse of them not hearing it and it’s sad. Because of my purchase or attention does not matter then why would I continue to spend my money on a local business. I can go anywhere else. I try to stay within my neighborhood because I feel we should show support but not when it’s not appreciated.

My biggest pet peeve is going to a place and not one person greeting or even looking up to acknowledge customers. And trust me I totally get it when it's super busy it's kind of hard but time after time I go to pick up my coffee and I try to say thank you or have a good day and not one female says a word eve. when I make direct eye contact. that's sad. I honestly will drive anywhere else to spend my money for coffee. I just figured I would support a business that is in my neighborhood but clearly my purchase doesn't matter at all.

Went to pick up my order 9:30ish. They said they didn’t have my donut in stock. Said that’s ok. He said they don’t do refunds but I can choose something else. I chose munchkins and after leaving I opened to eat it in the car and find hair. I told them he laughed and just chuckled with the other lady and acted as if we put it there. I said can i just do refund ( they said they don’t do refunds for the app) but then said they don’t do refunds in store either. So I just had to grab another munchkin. Originally it was no problem but they way they acted and laughed was not ok.

Yesterday, December 8, I went at 9:30 in the morning, I had coffee and a croassan. Three hours later, I was lying on the floor vomiting and with diarrhea. That was the only thing I ate all day. I don't know if anyone didn't wash their hands afterwards. from using the bathroom, or the cheese was contaminated, I don't know but I almost died

I ordered a Turkey sausage and egg on a croissant. They gave it to me with cheese. I’m lactose and asked for another since I can’t eat cheese. She took the cheese off and gave me the same sandwich back. I got a new one but only after bringing it up. I also ordered glazed munchkins and was given chocolate ….

Completely gross. I ordered half a dozen donuts (4 old fashioned & 2 Boston creams), 2 croissants, and a cinnamon roll (via UberEats from this location).Every single item is in the trash because everything is grossly stale and nearly hard as a rock.I added this location to my "Never Waste Money Here" list and I will never do that again. Complete waste of $21 thanks for nothing.
