To start off ,I ordered draft beer , when it came it was flat and had an odd taste , I explained the issue to the waitress and she got me a new beer ( same one)This took her awhile, when she brought me the beer it again was tasted odd.. I told her I would like another one,, I tried a different one better this time..when the food came. My burger was cold and dryLike it’s been sitting for a long timeThe fries where cold and hard.This was the Fairfield one,,,,,,

Great burgers great drinks great atmosphere if you’re ever in town for a fancy burger that you’re willing to drop about $20 on then I would highly recommend flipside burgers. The drinks were also unique and tasty great for a date night bite.

My wife had heard about this place from someone she works with so we went last night to try it out. Have a range of food choices on the menu, with tons of topping and sauce and side options. We heard the burgers were good so we both ordered the 6 oz burger with different toppings. My wife ordered a cheeseburger with tomato on the side as well as spicy fries. I ordered plain hamburger with lettuce and onion rings and chipotle sauce and wasabi sauce. We both agreed the food was great as was the service!
Their burgers are usually delicious, however this time it was not good. Seems as though the quality has declined. Tasted like a frozen burger patty on a dry bun. I also ordered chicken tenders. They were soggy- not crispy like they usually are. The only edible thing here are the french fries.

It was my first time eating here. My godsis recommended it.The service was good. Had no complaints.The food was mid.I am a crab Rangoon lover. I try it everywhere I go as long as it is on the menu. We asked the server would he recommend it but he has never tried it. He did inform us that the owner did use to work in an Asian fusion restaurant so we decided to try it. I personally wouldn’t recommend it. The cream cheese was way too sharp and overpowering. Felt like I was eating a cheez-it cracker.I ordered a basic bacon cheese burger. Now, the patty was definitely a frozen patty. I would have to see with my own eyes that it wasn’t. Absolutely no flavor on the burger. Not even a pinch of salt. Ketchup, honey mustard nor spicy mayo could save it.I sat and watched 2 other people send back their meal while eating.One customer complained that their burger was raw in the middle and the other customer straight up said he did not like his food.I am not sure if the cooks were having an off night but I don’t think I would go back.I understand that there are off days but within an hour, two customers I can vividly see sending back food is not a good look.
