I really like thisplace. The servers...the people were so nice. I felt very comfortable and appreciated. As for the food it was all that. The ginger dressing on the salad was yummy. Sushi fresh and well prepared. I'm definitely going again.

The best sushi in the area. Ingredients are always fresh and tasty. I only do takeout though -- not even sure if indoor dining re-opened. Favorite fancy roll is the Shiki Hana roll.

I've been a patron of this restaurant for a very long time and unfortunately under new management/ownership it just isnt the same. You knew the sushi was good when the sushi chef would make himself a platter after his shift. But now flavors have changed, very basic, no longer complex, portion size has decreased, the $15 rolls that used to be substantial and robust with flavor are now tiny, not even a mouthful, as are the gyoza; very small. The fried rice and chicken teriaki are still delicious, I would just be weary of high prices and small portions.

Absolutely hands down one of the best sushi places we have ever been to! Fantastic service and super fresh fish! We love the Blue Fin Tuna roll. I have never had anything that tasted as fresh as this one does! I highly recommend Shiki Hana!
We’ve always ordered takeout and are so happy that the dining room is open again! The best sushi in Fairfield!Kid-friendliness: They have excellent fried rice that my kids loved and the kid-friendly chopsticks that are easier for them to use.

They've reopened indoor dining. Dining room had a face-lift. Lunch bentos were excellent. Staff very attentive, nice to finally sit down and eat there again!
