This place is good but not great. Felt like the quality of food is not reflected by the prices. Portions were nice but honestly nothing really stood out. Also ordered 3 cocktails and an N.A. and it cost 52$. Solid pours but a bit pricey. Had the Sophie Select pizza and I wasn't blown away. Bolognese Egg rolls and the chicken parm seemed to be the winner. Service was great!

We recently visited Sophie's for a birthday celebration, having had a wonderful lunch experience there in January. Unfortunately, this visit fell short of our expectations.Service Issues:Upon arrival, the waitress seemed dismissive and unaccommodating when a drink order wasn't available. While we understand it was a busy Friday night, a smile would have been appreciated.We were surprised to learn bread wasn't included with dinner, especially at an Italian restaurant.When requesting a dessert menu to celebrate the birthday we mentioned in the reservation, the waitress appeared annoyed and reluctant.Food:The overall quality of the food was decent, but the lobster ravioli lacked the advertised lobster, only containing cheese and a small side tail. As a side note, the chocolate lava cake was the best thing we had tasted all evening!Overall, the service significantly detracted from our experience. While we appreciate the challenges of a busy night, the waitress's inattentiveness and negative demeanor created an unwelcome atmosphere. This was especially disappointing considering our initial positive experience and the birthday occasion. We left Sophie's disappointed and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone for dinner service.PS: We appreciate the wonderful lunch experience we had in January.

We wanted to try some place new and were very disappointed. We ordered a cheese pizza, a tomato pizza, and the Tuscan beans. The pizza sauce was bland and flavorless, the cheese was rubbery, and the crust was dense. The Tuscan beans looked like a soup with soggy greens floating in it, and smelled a bit like sweaty socks. I double-checked their website to see if their Tuscan beans were supposed to look like this, and they are not supposed to be a soup. We won’t be ordering from this restaurant, again.

We went for brunch and the service was horrible. The waitress named Britney Q came and gave us an attitude we had to go up to someone multiple times for the bottomless service. We did not feel welcomed and we are from the Fairfield area and we always felt welcomed everywhere else. The food was good and that was the only positive of this whole experience. I will not come again for the service at brunch. As a new restaurant you would think the service would be a lot better.

Worst 7 inch grinder for the money ever. $18 for a grinder that had 2 meatballs cut in half. Little sauce and cheese you couldn’t even see. waste of money. Go to A and S. Could have gotten 2 footlong grinders for same price. And tasted a 100 % better.Parking: Multiple businesses, busy area

They really dropped the ball. Couldn’t accommodate us even though they said they could, overcharged and underserved massively. Gave us the wrong portions on a catering order and tried to double the price. Most of our party was left to stand since they didn’t give us adequate seating, then when a booth was available for the rest of our party to sit in, they sat another party down instead, leaving us, once again, to stand. People didn’t eat and some even left because they were hungry with no place to sit or eat. Almost half of the bill couldn’t be accounted for or explained and the entire night was frustrating. Supremely disappointed in this place and will not be returning.

Nice place.... Sister spot to Sinclair you'll see some similarities. Bar is nice and big and they have a good happy hour which gives Sophie's the fourth star.The food is good too. Loads of outdoor and indoor seating. Haven't had the pizza yet but it looked great. Apps are excellent.

1/2. We had a great meal and received attentive and efficient service. We started with a Porchetta Pizza which was similar to what a bacon pizza tastes like. Different muscle but just as tasty. It was fantastic. I ordered chicken in a lemon butter sauce with spaghetti. It was plentiful and delicious This menu was far more diverse than what a pizza restaurant would typically offer . The entire menu was extensive and I had a tough time selecting just one entree. For dessert we had a 30 layer crepe cake. It was prepared perfectly and it was good although i wish i had ordered the apple pie. It was a lively crowd with a slew of young high school kids so it was a tad loud. Zach, the GM was fantastic and made sure we had a great meal. We will be back for sure and had a great night!!
