Was a rarely nice spot to hang and have a coffee, but they replaced all the nice chairs with hardbacks and one large group area, so it's much less friendly for individuals

I picked up my coffee this morning, got in my car, went to drink it and it was room temperature at best.... And often, it takes them seemingly forever to make regular coffee. It shouldn't take longer to make a dark roast coffee than it does a latte.

Terrible staffing and customer service. Since when are you not allowed to customize drinks?!? It’s not that hard to be understanding of ones issues with your basic drinks. Y’all really be incompetent.

NIGHTMARE. If you’re on line and an online order comes in, they stop working on your order and work the online order. More than 5 other customers we’re waited on while I just waited for my server. AWFUL POLICY.

3 times in the last week i have ordered curb side for my order and each time I have waited over 10 mins and ended up going into the store to get it. This is the only Starbucks this happens at. It is very disappointing and there is never any apology for it when I go into the store

I was treated horribly at this location once again. I had a horrible experience today with my mobile order and the staff- If I am paying 6$ for a coffee, I expect it to be on time and to be treated with kindness. I am a teacher so I always order way ahead to make sure I am on time. I ordered at 8:00. It said it would be ready at 8:13. I stood and waited for 10 minutes after 8:13, and finally went up to the front to ask if they had received my mobile order. They said they ran out of tickets, and then turned away from me and ignored me. I continued to wait, hoping they were now making it. One barista called out names and said did anyone not hear their name? I didn't hear mine, so I said I am still waiting- she said "I'm working on it". I told her I really needed to go, I have a class full of children waiting for me and I told her I ordered over 20 minutes ago- she said "So did everyone else". This was not true- everyone that was there before and after me had already received their drinks. She continued to ignore me and finally put my drink out- a half an hour after I ordered, but didn't call my name out because she clearly had an attitude. I finally saw my drink and was able to leave, late for school. I can't believe how rude the entire staff was- they completely disregarded me even though I ordered ahead with plenty of time for them to make my drink. I was polite when I asked if they had my order, but was given attitude and rude responses and completely ignored by half the staff. I will NEVER go back to this location as this is not the first time I have been treated this way by this staff.

I really like this Starbucks. The workers are always super nice and the coffee is perfectly made for my liking. I also love that it's connected to a book store and it's in such a cute part of town. We've gotten coffee here a few times and I've never been disappointed.
