This is a great restaurant. I always try to stop here when I am in the area. Gimena (he-meh-nah) was absolutely stellar. Can’t wait to go back again to try something new!

We ate here late on a Sunday night (8:15) before heading out on a long drive. Everything was perfect - the atmosphere was really warm and somehow both super calm and happy; the menu was awesome and the food was really delicioius, and the service was attentive and fast, but not rushed.

First time here, came for the Comedy show (I was one of the comedians)I don't have to give a review, but I REALLY enjoyed this place. It felt like everyone knew each other and I believe that's just the atmosphere the owner and his staff have created. To top that off, their NY Strip was DELICIOUS and cooked to a Perfect Medium, the way I like it. 2 thumbs up in my book for sure. Feats your eyes on the pic, then... go FEAST for yourself at Fork & Fire ?

Was excited to try this place from what was posted on social media. Sadly the hostess refused to serve me and my two guests as they tried to tell us there was an almost 3 hr wait for a table and the place was empty. Sad in 2024 this kind of discrimination is still fostering in CT.

Fork & Fire is a local Farmington place to stop in for food, drinks, and great atmosphere. Service & employees are wonderful. The bartenders will make u feel at home. Especially love the comedy nights, trivia nights, and the annual Galentine’s Event. Owner is very generous. Grateful that he always supports the Farmington Community Chest, which in turn supports needy organizations and individuals.

Very impressed. It takes a lot for me to write a review. If it’s just average, I choose to leave alone. This was a find. The description on Google doesn’t do it justice. Dan was my waiter (and a congenial bartender I observed). The food was outstanding. The price for the salmon was a bit high , but I’m in the north. ?. The salad was excellent - greens, caissons, goat cheese… and a delicious dressing. The music isn’t too loud. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Well done!!

The menu advertises for dietary restrictions. They have Gluten Free options. However the staff is not trained about these allergies. I specifically told my waitress I was gluten free and ordered a espresso martini but told her it had to be titos. When she brought me my drink I asked if it was titos and she said no. Was the house vodka, made from wheat. If I had drank that I would had all kinds of issues. I then ordered a sandwich on a gluten free roll. When it came out, the fries looked like they had a coating. I asked the waiter if they were gluten free and I was told no. So now that is twice. She did not care. And seemed annoyed that we sent it back. She no longer was nice to us. The kitchen scraped off the fries and put a spoonful of potatoes on my plate and brought it back out. I will not go back. I do not feel safe.

We drove to J Timmothy's to get wings not remembering it was Monday and they're closed on Monday's. So still wanting good wings we searched Yelp and this place popped up and recommended the trash can wings. Happy to report the wings were hot and very flavorful. Would recommend coming here for the wings and for the super friendly service. Not overly packed on a Monday night and all the food we ordered came out great. Burger was actually hot and flavorful. My friend got 2 tacos and a margarita which was outstanding. Can't wait to come back soon!
